I got my lovely ring in 2023. I had to resize it at the time but due to circumstances beyond my control I couldn't get to it. Only got to resize my ring this year. Despite me being out of time and the previous lady who assisted me having since left SRP, they still assisted me with the resizing. To say I got an excellent service is doing them an injustice. The service is out of this world! They also cleaned and Polished my ring after the resizing. Bonus!! I'd definitely recommend Shiny Rock Polished to anyone!!
Pressed In Time Celtis Ridge. Disgusting to say the least. At this point I'm just gatvol with this place! I kind of blame myself also because I kept giving them chance after chance and the benefit of the doubt. If it's not them burning your clothes and concealing that, or misplacing your items, it's them ignoring your order for days on end. I took two blankets there two weeks ago. Last week Sunday I called in to follow up and was told there's a problem with the one blanket. They allege that when they washed it there was a stain that appeared randomly. How?!!! When it's not even the first time they wash this blanket for me?? Fine they said to give them another 2/3 days. To this day there's still no word! I have sent two follow up messages which were ignored! ******* establishment I tell you. I would not recommend it.
so i took out a contract with Telkom, gave them my banking details etc for purposes of effecting a debit order monthly. 3 months later I get a notification that my Account is owing. Shocked, I call in and find out that the person who captured my information captured the wrong BANK, despite being in possession of my bank statements. irritated as I was tried rectifying the situation by giving the correct banking details. I now obviously had to pay the owing amount. two weeks down the line it comes to my attention that my details still were not updated. I call in AGAIN only to be informed that banking details can be changed over the phone, but that the previous consultant did it wrong. The new consultant then proceeds to "change" my details for me. AGAIN I had to pay the owing amount. A month later I discover that my details were still not changed and further that it can not be done over the phone- I WAS PLAYED FOR AN IDIOT AND I WASTED MY AIRTIME FOR NOTHING. I now have to walk into a branch, which I did. Despite having to wait for almost an hour at the wonderpark branch, they help you while you are standing up!!! I changed my details and provided all the necessary documents yet again. I confirmed a million times with the consultant that they will debit the correct account. Now my account got suspended and was handed over for collection. This is extremely detrimental for my credit score and it's not fair because this is not my fault!!!! I DEMAND THAT TELKOM FIX THIS MESS. I am not about to call again or walk into another branch. I will report you to the relevant Ombudsman. I am sick and tired.
