Do not shop at 4home, we purchased brushes for our grinder. They ended up sending us brushes for a circular saw. Michelle from 4home stated that according to their supplier they have sent us brushes for the circular saw, however she was either *********** or too lazy to read our invoice. She was extremely rude and would not even let us talk on the phone without trying to talk over us. I would never deal with this company ever again, and from previous reviews I can see we are not the only ones that have had a problem.
Had a very bad experience. Inverter died 3 weeks after buying it during loadshedding. Had to argue with the owners that it was not right. Batteries that i bought after this to replace the batteries i was using ended up beimg batteries for trucks. Don't waiste your time on these guys
I had a packaged shipped from Johanessburg on the 14th of January. The package arrived in Klerksdorp on the 15th of January. On the 22nd of January i tried to phone the Klerksdorp branch and the phone just rings. I contacted head office who told me that they contacted the Klerksdorp branch to delver the order urgently and stated there would be further feedback from them. Later during the day there was a DSV truck in the area, however there was not a package delivered. I sent a google maps location to the person who i was contacting through head office in case the driver does not know where to go. On the 23rd i sent an e-mail to the company i bought from recommending them to use another courier company in future. I even recommended a company for them, in this e-mail i cc'd the person from head office. After that, the parcel's status changed to on board delivery vehicle. I am not sitting here 2 days after this package was on board the vehicle and i have heard nothing from DSV. I am potentially going to lose a job worth R 7,000.00 because of this not being delivered and i will have to sit with stock that i have already ordered and paid for which is not included in this parcel. I am utterly disgusted with this company's service and i would recommend everyone to not use them.
I sent my Huawei P9 in to get my Microphone Port, Charging Port and Microphone problem fixed. CTDI have been trying to force me to replace my screen and back cover, even though a condition on their quotation clearly states "CTDI reserves the right to inform the customer of any additional work required that is discovered in the process of repairing the device as well as the resultant cost, if any. CTDI will only repair additional work if approved by the customer." which I do not accept. They refuse to fix the phone as they now state it won't pass their Quality Control. They are clearly violating their own condition on their quotation.
