The worst experience ever trying to move my existing line from one premises to another with existing frogfoot fibre. Took three days for five consultants to send me the correct email link for the relocation. Once paperwork completed online it took another three days to send multiple information of the existing ONT/Fibre box to be connected to. Every consultant claims they require the ONT Box photos which was sent as a reply to their email. In short, RSA Web only interested in new business and couldn't care less about the urgency to have me reconnected as nobody is earning commission on a new installation. SO SAD that I'm being billed for NO SERVICE!!!
End of day 4 and fibre still not resolved. Multiple calls to customer service and all the subscribers in Yzerfontein having the same intermittent connection problems. Consultants refusing to escalate it to management which I suppose is indicative of your poor and ****ty service. Call reference number: SR201019-765375. I surely hope you never sign up another new subscriber in my town with empty promises of good service. Come the 1st of November you will debit me for my full subscription without service delivery.
Canceled two expired contracts on the 25th July only to be advised that consultant made a reference but never acted on it. Now I'm due to pay and refuse to. My other contract renewed was also increased by R190 to what I signed for. An MTN store tried to get it resolved and call was deliberately hung up to avoid cancelation. This morming both canceled numbers are dead and not even converted to pay as you go. WOW is all I can say for extremely poor service. Time to port...after more than 20 years with the network.
Deeply disappointed in Engen @ Tyger Waterfront Bellville for locking and putting barricades infront of their toilets on Sunday 25th March during the Spar Women's Walk. They wouldn't even unlock it for patrons supporting the shop or Mom's with small children urgently needing to use the bathroom. It was a wonderful opportunity for the garage to show their support for the race, but instead opted to have everything locked except for taking our money for purchases.
