These guys and their partners -Lavari Solutions are ****mers. For over one year, I had paid for trucks and never got the trucks and never got my money back. They claimed the driver bringing the truck had an accident and died while bringing the truck but there was never any accident report and no death certificate or burial of any driver. I paid them over 200K ZAR, and eventually, they connived with ******* people in the executive arm to get away with saying i was harassing them and got a police protection order (not sure how justice works here) They have continued to claim they will refund the money and now over a whoe year, not even a refund of 1 Rand They are just ****mers; deal with them at your own risk.
Hi there, FNB team, I will like to find out which of your businesses is FNB EDG Multiproducts and why they are doing a hard search on me. This has affected my credit score, and I am unsure if this is a fraud or a legitimate search conducted by FNB. please can you clarify as I have not requested any loans whatsoever and do not expect that FNB conducts a credit search on my profile
Hi there , I have been trying to claim the Samsung buy and get promotion since December 19, 2020. Your number never connects and the only response I ever get is that you cannot validate the purchase. Even so, I have sent numerous emails with the serial number and proof of purchase. What else do you need to confirm the sale and honour your rewards programme?
So... my problems began with Telkom when I had asked for a cancellation of my contract on financial grounds and terrible service on November 20, 2019 (reference number 0671533525 : 31062309). Telkom refuses to cancel the contract and keeps sending me messages about suspension of the said line. After numerous back and forth time consuming phone calls, on March 15, 2020, I had to pay Telkom a penalty fee of R1150 (with a new case number 32****20) .Yet Telkom keeps making random deductions on my bank account. Can Telkom just stop deducting from my bank account as I have no contract and do not owe them.
I requested for a port from another network provider to Telkom on March 14, 2018 which should normally take 24 -48hrs. While I did the port, I also made a request for the FREEME 99rands bundle, which should kick in post the porting. Telkom went ahead to activate a contract for me, without porting me from my other provider. After 72hrs, the porting still did not go through. On April1, 2018, I went back again frustrated to the Telkom shop, They somehow managed to port my number to Telkom. But sadly, I cannot receive any calls as ALL my callers go straight to voicemail. I have spoken to their customer service and have been given numerous USSD codes, all of which has failed to solve the problem. I just wished I never made a decision to port to Telkom in the first place. Very terrible service frustrating my life right now.
