Terrible service
Waiting months to get all parts I paid for, we understand if things are being held up, but we received almost no communication from them. Then we had to wait 2 months for an invoice. Now I have been waiting a month for credit due to me because of parts not delivered.

Do not buy online!!
Do not buy online. After 6 weeks still no package and I paid exspress courier. They do not take responsibility and put it on me that I gave wrong info. Makes many promises to sort out but still nothing

Poor delivery/tracking of parcel
I have ordered online. First they gave excuses for not sending exspress (I paid express). Then the address given was wrong. After numerous emails and phone calls to customer care, the parcel was sent back and is unable to deliver. With this service I don't know how long I must fight to get refund. But I want my parcel.

Scammer of Pets
It's a fraud "family owned" business selling pets. Webpage - pretoriushomepet.com The telepone nr on website later was fined under websites like OLX, Howzit, Locanto ex where they use the same number but different names +27 71 ********** Email: ********** They tell you to come and meet the animal. In my case it was to far (using an address in Vanderbiljpark South-Africa) They send me pictures and after I request a video that too. I asked them to mention my name in the video, they did not and I thought they only forgot. Then you have to pay the amount plus courier of R510 They are very slow on whatsapp and everyday explained that she was busy.
