this review is for om bank ! i can‘t access my account for almost 2 weeks ! i‘ve sent emails to support and to complaints department every single day, no response at all ! i‘ve spent hours and hours at the branch, nobody is willing or able to help you. these people are totally useless ! don‘t trust them !
i bought a george & mason zupy wardrobe and assembled it. after completion i realised that a few panels are damaged, the grey colors are different, and that the quality of the wardrobe is really bad. i logged a few returns with takealot, sent emails with pictures, but they refused to pick up the wardrobe … now i logged a complaint with the consumer goods and services ombud (cgso)
i ordered 3 liter evoo and 500ml balsamic vinegar. when the order arrived the balsamic vinegar was missing. i immediately sent an email. one week later i still haven‘t received my balsamic vinegar !
do not order from them !!! i ordered 2 laptop stands, when they arrived the were full of dust, totally different color than described, and sticky. sent several emails without any response from them.
