Worst municipal to work for
I have worked for this municipal for 13 years contributing to sala pension fund scheme i have resigned last december and sent all the needed documents to claim my pension only to find out municipality is not paying the contribution to the sala pension fund am now stuck with unpaid debts because if this delay

Worst service ever
I submitted my claim on the 2nd of january i was told to wait for 8 weeks it is now more than 8 weeks everytime i call i am told to wait for to weeks i call again still nothing us been done on my claim

The worst company if they dont pick up they tell you excuses everyday now and then iys been over 8 weeks i submitted my claim even today am still getting to told it has not been done everytime i called am told to wait for 2 weeks pass 2 weeks its nothing has been done

My parcel is still stuck with aramex after 3 weeks now I have been calling everyday all they people I talk to promise that the parcel will be delivered the next come next day nothing. My business is falling apart clients think am unrelaeble I don’t know what to do anymore

Upset at sanlam

Failed client
I took out an investment with Sanlam to save up money for lobola now am told I can't get the money until I finish five years while the Sanlam representative I took out the Investment with told me I can get the money whenever I want it I took out two part Surrender's on the same investment without no problems before but am told I have made 1 part surrender why wasn't I told if I took out money once I can get it for 5 years how did I manage to take it twice without being told that I can't get it again Sanlam failed me as a longtime loyal customer and it's going fail lot more customers if they keep on not telling customers everything before taking insurance with them
