My name is Redwan Amod Shah, i had purchased a 2014 White Toyota Auris from East Toyota in Eshowe in November 2019. The salesman Mr Slayed drove the car from Eshowe to Chatsworth for me to have a look at. I was happy with what i seen however i pointed out a few issues that needed to be sorted (1. Front driver and passenger smash and grab. 2. boot board was cracked 3. boot had some over spray on the bolts that holds the bumper. A week later i fetched the car and it was raining very heavily that day and the whole week, everything went well as i was showed that whatever i had pin pointed was sorted but the smash n grab had some bubbles and that i need to park the vehicle in the sun fro the bubbles to go away and that i need not open the window for 24hrs. 2 weeks later i noticeD that the rear bumper on the left was turning yellow and that the bumper was no longer aligning to the car. I called the salesman Mr Slayed and told him that this is the situation, the bubbles on the smash and grab that never went away and of the bumper. He advised that he will speak to management and keep me informed. The dealer agreed to have it sorted. They was to fetch the Auris from me and take it to their dealership to have it repaired. This only happened on the 14th of January 2020 as per agreement. The salesman Mr Slayed on fetching the car made a note and seen for himself the problem. When the car returned to me on Friday the 17th of January 2020 the Auris had full over sprays all over the bumper, the smash and grab was not sorted and the car looked terrible as the bumper and rear left lights were now not aligned. I had shown this to the driver who agreed as he seen the problem for himself . Since Mr slayed was on leave i called and spoke to a lady named Gisela, she was adamant that she had inspected the car before they delivered to me and that she watched the guys re-installing the smash n grab which was clearly a lie. On the phone she had made arrangements with their driver to take the car somewhere to get the over spray sorted out. She had also contacted a company called CSI Autotrimmers to have the smash and grab re-installed. The guys from CSI also seen the terrible workmanship on the car and took out pics to send to the dealership. Now the bumper alignment still remains undone, so i contacted the salesman Mr Slayed on the Thursday the 23rd of January 2020 after his leave. Again i was advised that he would consult the manager and get back to me. He asked me to send the pics to him aswell. Later he informed me that they will not carry out anymore repairs to the car because i bought a used car and i need to expect these problems. My argument to them is that there was nothing wrong with the alignment of the car parts before it left for repairs only that the colour was becoming yellow, Now after doing what they did its a major problem and they refuse to sort it out as a result my car now looks terrible. This eaves to show what terrible workmanship and service Toyota has. I will really appreciate if this matter could be taken some urgency or seriously.
On sunday the 6th of october at approximately 6:10pm in the evening, from my residence in chatsworth, we ordered kfc from the kfc delivery service due to having visitors over at my house. We waited for the meal for 2 and half hours to be delivered. We had made numerous calls to the delivery service number and they refuse to give is a contact number of the driver but had given us incorrect kfc store number to call. Eventually I had to endure such an embarrassment as my visitors decided to leave without having a meal. U was so disappointed at their service and further will never advice anyone to buy or use kfc services again. When the meal arrives 2 and a half hours later I had returned the meal. No one not even the manager of kfc nor the call centre call to apologize for their inconsiderate timing.
On the 27th January i was driving on the N2 south bound on my way home. I was in the vicinity of the chesterville squatters area. The traffic was building up as there was alleged that there was already and accident further in the area. I was about to change lane to the extreme left when suddenly a truck owned by a company called K-Trans hit my car on the rear right side damaging my car completely and then damaged about 11 or 12 other cars and then plunged into a ditch taking with him 2 other additional vehicle with. I dont know about the other vehicles and their situation. I had unfairly lost my car and everything that was within it because of the squatters. Over the period of having no car, my family and i had experienced many hardships eg transport to school to work and my personal home logistics as well. I had tried calling K-Trans to at least reimburse me some how in all these problems which was caused by them but i had no help but pushed from one number to another. Because i had no car my work was threatened and thus lost alot of work hence no finances. I further had a problem buying another car and again K-Trans did nothing to assist. This has taken my life backwards and till date suffering the repercussion.

My name is Ridwan Amod Shah and my experience with the East Coast Insurance Administrators & underwritten by Nzalo insurance services was the worst experience i ever had. I further will not or never recommend this company to any one. I was unfortunately involved in an accident on the 27th January 2018 on the N2 south bound near the Chesterville squatters in which my only vehicle that i owned, a Toyota Corolla Prestige was remained written off completely. A truck that belonged to K-Trans had driven into my car and about 12-13 other cars. In this accident i had lost almost my entire life. My car firstly that i took so much care for, that me and my wife use to travel to work with, that was use to transport my kids to school, that was used to do what ever was needed giving us peace of mind whenever stuff needed to be done. I also lost my laptop that got crushed, my wife cell phone and many other belongings that was stolen from my car by the residence of the squatters. My wife son and i that was in the vehicle had sustained some minor injuries to which we have recovered quite nicely. Then the nightmare started. Firstly, The such insurance company took almost 2 full months to settle the insured vehicle only because the last premium bounce due to having insufficient funds because of a little overspending during the beginning of school. To my knowledge a vehicle is only confirmed out of insurance if the premium returns unpaid for 3 consecutive months. In the interim we asked us to do the running around for de-registration forms and bank settlement figure and many other which infact was the brokers task. Nasty emails were being shared by the broker and myself. Then only to realize that my car was undervalued and that the said insurer is not going to settle the complete car. This has put me in a bigger situation. We were also advised that the said insurance company will wait for another 10 days after the dual debit goes through to them(for what i do not know). Payment was stopped for my car because the said insurance company was suppose to settle within February but did not. The entire month of march we had sent so many emails to the broker to in turn inform us of the proof of payment that was done to the bank but we had received no response. Only on Monday 2nd of April we received proof of payment. Now we cant get finance from any bank for a new vehicle due to all this problems. This is making our movements so difficult with everyday life. Secondly the truck company have done the damage now no one wants to take any responsibility for this action. I have called the trucking company and they refuse to assist but inturn to call their insurance company and their insurance company asked us to contact our insurance whom do not want to take head of anything. I have lost everything and now no one wants to cover me with anything. If the truck hadn't knocked into me i would have had no issues with any thing thus there would be no issues in my life. We are normal people that live life according to our needs and requirements but now bearing the brunt of other peoples mistakes.
