Econorisk un ethical practices
I would just like people to know that this company does not deal ethically and if not criminal in there practices. A month ago I had a break in on my business premises and submitted a claim , I was first told to get quotes on all the items stolen , Great then I was told to submit proof of all the items stolen , Fair enough. After making me jump through numerous hoops over the few weeks I finally get an acknowledgement of loss for barely half of what was stolen and damaged. I have been almost claim free for 5 years paying in total over R400 000 in monthly fees and when you finally have a claim they will do anything not to pay out. I urge any other business to please come forward and name and shame these insurances who eat away at SME.

unethical business practices
a long overdue account dispute with air liquid never resolved , first of all as a partner with air liquid we did not expect them to steal our business the proceed to still charge us for cylinders taken by them , last month we mistakenly paid money that was meant to someone else into their account for the amount of R50 000 which they are now refusing to refund even if they take the disputed amount off they would still owe us money. I have mailed them and tried to reverse the payment yet they still refusing to respond.

Fnb we now pay banking fees to speak to a machine
Never enough tellers in the bank ,constantly pushing businesses to deposit large amounts of cash at insecure atm machines.
