Putrid communication skills Does not make secure payment arrangements Forces you to accept the account by email and even WhatsApp without your approval. When u ask how they got your number they cannot answer, they only force to send u statements and threaten you. Iv paid my account and now they calling me for their interest fees which was not stopped according to my payment agreement. I do not have a job and cannot pay the fees they added, they actually scream at me and cut the call when are told to look at recordings for proof it was settled. Unprofessionalism at its best.
Cell c insurance is completely *********. I had the call cut on me 4 times They had my parcel delivered to the wrong address and the consultant, instead of fixing my address tells me I must wait 5 to 7 days. I received a msg from the courier n she tells me ignore it n wait 5 more days.
I have opened 2 accounts in 2021 October for my kids. These 2 accounts has been endless problems with wrong cards being sent,wrong pins, incorrectly charged by nedbank on these accounts. I have in the branch,emailed & called on numerous occasions with the same re occurring issues for 3 months. My kids keep getting declined instore. Its embarrassing and a complete inconvenience having to drop everything to go pay their bills. This service is disgusting. I stood in the bank for 2 hours on christmas eve trying to sort it out and in january the same problem again.
