Bought a car at silver lakes branch from Mike , went to fetch the car on the 11th of Dec , the car couldn’t even reach a petrol station which is not even 2km away, nothing about the car was okay , the report given was misleading and I immediately took the car back and asked for a refund … till today I’m yet to receive my refund , the sales person Mike , his manger Glen , the Twitter page representative, customer care , all of them are useless and it’s starting to look like a scam …
Your contact centre/head office retention department does not want to cancel my contract …. I finished paying and told you I want nothing to do with you , yet I get an sms that now I’m on a month to month contract , I dare you to charge me anything or deduct on my account , I will go to the regulator just as a matter of principle
Their investment builder is a total rip off , we invested a lump sum for 5 years and it did not accrue any interest but they actually took part of the capital that we invested. They take advantage of uneducated people and they do not care about their customers or even retaining them.
My card closure request is taking weeks to be resolved , i have laid a complaint regarding this and poor service , Vernon Scheepers assured me that this will be sorted out but till today his still waiting for approval from the card department to approve the card closure / write off ..... I would never recommend Nedbank to anyone ! It’s a pity that they already financed my home .
It was my first and the last visit , she was not friendly at all. When it came to discussing when will I be fit to go to work , her response was “ I get to tell you when you going back to work “, factually yes she does but her approach is just off, it makes sense why it was empty ... she needs to work on her communication s****s and build relationships with her patients .
its surprising how you overpay them and you struggle for a refund then they still debit you ,when you actually do not owe them a dime!STANDARD BANK can i have my written response regarding my complaint as ombudsman is requesting for it, LEVI AND SOPHIA !!!!!!
Excuses, no accountability! ,complaints specialists who cant provide good customer service! you over pay them and they advise that they having system issues and they cant process the refund. they also tell you that they will still deduct and you need to reverse ,after over paying them . what madness is this? Livid is what i am right now!
You call the same company but get different information for the same query, then to make it worse when the query is escalated to the "Team leader" namely Shaun Govender in the service department , who has no empathy ,interrupts you while you venting as a frustrated customer, rude tone and just wants to put his point across. These people need training on their own processes but most importantly they must hire managers who know how to talk to people.
