Ashley and Hendrik are very professional and deliver a fantastic servise. They are honest and genuinely nice people. They have flown down twice from Gauteng to East London to help with the installation of our solar systen after other people has let us down. I can recommend them
It was the only company that was prepared to fix our 12kb inverter which had an internal fault . We couriered it from East London to Johannesburg where they fixed it quickly and efficiently and couriered it promptly back ] It blew it again and they fixed it again for free. We ordered two kits from Nix Energy’s website in March. We were concerned that Nix Energy was somehow connected to Skynat, which had horrible reviews. Juan told us that he had nothing to do with Skynat. Reasured, we ordered two kits and spent almost R200000 with Nix Energy. To our big surprise, the invoice indicated that the money we paid went to Skynat Energy. Juan said straight to our faces and also repeated here on Hello Peter after another customer questioned him on the matter that he has no ties with Skynat We also found out that Peter also worked under the name RSA Solar and Elec and had very bad reviews on https://za.africabz.com/gauteng/rsa-solar-elec-209001 From then on, it was a comedy of errors, with us being in daily contact with Peter of Skynat and Juan of Nix energy to try and get the correct parts we had ordered delivered to us. It's now almost two months later, and they still have not supp**** us with three batteries, so we cannot start to install our Solarenergy. They sent us the wrong batteries and asked us to send them back but cannot now send us the suitable batteries or refund us the amount we paid for the wrong batteries. We are in a catch-22 Situation. Be very careful before you do business with either Peter or Juan, as the name they might work under might change. At this stage there are defnite links between Nix Energy and Skynat. WE sent this complaint to BA today after my sick daughter’s devastating experience with BA yesterday on their flight from Johannesburg to London UK. Its a new thing that they want to kick a minor child off a flight because they are overbooked. Unfortunately its not new their special assistance is very unreliable. I now have PEM today too after all the stress and spending hours on the phone trying to help my daughter. “I was booked on a 7.20 flight and had with me my minor daughter, and on a separate ticket, my daughter's friend, also a child under 18. I could get a boarding ticket for me and my daughter in advance, but the website did not allow me to get one for my daughters friend. . When I tried to book us all in, I was told that the child in my carte was to go on a different flight. I could not accept that and was shunted into a waiting line for people. I asked for special assistance to be activated so I could wait while sitting in a wheelchair. I did not get special assistance support and had to wait in line for a supervisor. I have a neurological illness called Myalgic encephalomyelitis. ME is a systemic neuroimmune condition characterised by post-exertional malaise (a reduction in functioning and a severe worsening of symptoms after even minimal exertion)? It causes dysregulation of the immune, nervous, and energy metabolism systems. The effects of ME are devastating enough to leave 25% of patients housebound or bedbound. The waiting and stress that the child in my care was to be separated from me or that we all had to go on a different flight were immense. I live in Somerset in the UK, and my lift could not fetch me at any other time as she took time out of work to bring us all 3. I called my mother, and she called customer care and was told by a customer care adviser that he did not believe her as she was not there. I could not phone by that time as my phone battery was flat. My parents were desperately worried. By that time, the battery on my phone was dead and I was going into a physical crash with post-exertional malaise. When I am like that, I cannot express myself well. After 2 hours of waiting to try to book in, I was at the end of the rope but was told we could all book in on the same existing flight. That was a relief. It was then almost time to board. I could not go to the Bidvest lounge that I had booked for £62 so that I could rest, eat and recharge my phone. I still have not received special assistance and only got helped 2.5 hours after I first asked, and then it was a rush to catch the flight. My mother asked that I could be bumped up from world Traveller plus to Business class to lie down and have a good night's rest after all the exertion and stress. She spoke to an Edith who was more sympathetic but could also not help. I was not offered to fly Business Class. I am so disappointed in your service and the attitude of the people working for you towards your disabled passengers and minor children flying with you.”
I ordered an expensive product March 2021. After my product was not delivered I asked for a refund. Initially I received emails back that I will be refunded. However I have not been refunded. They don’t answer my emails anymore and you cannot phone them. It is now 5 months later and I am desperately worried that I will never see that money. We are pensioners and I am ill. This is a heavy blow. This company has very bad customer service

<p>I have never complained about a medical professional on a public forum before as many of my family are medical professionals. I need to get this off my chest as it is too upsetting just to keep it to myself. I am an invalide in a wheel chair due to a chronic and incurable multi systemic neuro immune disease called Myalgic Encephelylatis or ME for short. I also developed a heart condition called atrial fibrillation a few years ago with my heart stopping in a few years ago and shocked back to revive me I am in a bit of a crash health wise with my ME made worse by a local dentist from east London SA Dr Dawie Schlebusch of of NU Smile dental in Beacon Bay To make a long story short my wonderful cardiologist dr Lubbe in east London discovered my heart very enlarged due to my atrial fibrillation. He suspected that high blood pressure and sleep apnea contributing factors. He referred me to the sleep clinic which diagnosed sleep apnea and in good faith referred me to dr Schlebusch who did a course to help remedy sleep apnea with a device you put in your mouth to stop snoring and resulting sleep apnea. We decided to have it made even at a cost of over six thousand rand out of our own pockets as we could not wait that long before our return to the UK where we live half of the year where dentist hubby could make me one for free As i am mostly housebound you cant imagine how all these appointments sapped my strength and i am in considerable pain all the time. Dr Schlebusch appeared to be a very nice man at first and made an impression of my mouth the first visit.He did not warn us that the device might not work and we had complete faith that it would as dentist hubby make these type of devices himself and made me one a few years ago which worked perfectly from the start. Unfortunately i lost it and hubby started wearing earplugs for my snoring as we de did not realise the adverse effects of seep apnea on my heart. When i came to have the device fitted the second time with Dr Schlebusch it was not back from the lab which wasted my energy and strength. I had to come back another time [hour drive back and there] He fitted the device then and that night hubby braved it withour earplugs because i was supposed to stop snoring. Poor hubby had no sleep as i lustily snored keeping us both awake in the end. When we phoned Dr Schlebusch fobbed us off through his receptionist saying i should keep wearing it to see if i will adjust. My dentist hubby realised that would not resolve the issue and we insisted to return for an earlier appointment. When we did[ fourt time ] hubby asked if he could do the adjustments on the device itself which would be maybe helpful. Hubby adjusted the device in every possible way but I kept on snoring lustily indicating sleep apnea. Dentist Hubby then realised that this device dr Schlebusch made is not working and we phoned him and asked to discuss the matter with him as we wanted to return the useless device and get our money back. He refused to talk to us and after several calls and emails to his surgery the only direct response we got is that i have to come back and see him. By this time all the appointments and stress had me bedbound and i could not physically get out of bed. Our time in SA is coming to and end and after getting second and even an third opinion from the man who gave the course dr Tucker in the USA it confirmed that dr Schlebusch would not be able to resolve the issue by me coming to see him once. Dr Tucker apologised for Dr Schlebusch, offered to help us by email and offered my husband a free course in his methods thus giving us some hope There are no time for dr Schlebusch to try to make a new one and frankly we lost all confidence in him especially after his refusal to communicate with us directly. We pleaded with him by email just to share his plan of action to see if he knew something we and other dentists who advised us did not know but he refused. His behaviour was extremely disrespectful . He had no empathy with my situation being quite ill at this time and we came to the conclusion to our horror that we had the misfortune to encounter a money grabbing dentist who behaves immoral and unethical and do not care We are returning to the UK now where hubby will make me the dental device free but it was a very expensive and upsetting encounter which left me a lot sicker than i was. Shame on you dr Schlebusch for bringing the dental profession of which both my daughter and husband in disrepute. I lost all the money i paid him, more than six thousand rands and the whole ordeal made me very ill and bedbound</p>
