I was an employee of Property.CoZa, linked to Smit & Booysen. I've been speaking to SARS about my tax refund for 2023 to which they said my paye was never paid to them so therefore no refund due to me. I've been emailing this company now for almost 2 months and they are not coming back to me. I was told to go to SAPS and open a ***** case of which I will have to do if this is not sorted out soon.
I took out a new contract and was advised that my new premium will be R359. After a month it was just automatically increased to R374 without consent. Now after 3 months I get an account for R547. They just charged me R172 for a 3 gig I NEVER REQUESTED. I'm busy with them now and they canceled the 3gig per month now which I never asked for. I want them to take that 3gig back from my data balance and decrease my account to what it should be. Now I'm not getting any positive replies. I have all proof of emails. This is NOT acceptable!! I would love someone to get back to me urgently!!
I've put a comlaint in for Telkom a while back to which they replied they will get back to me. Still they didn't. I'm going to keep on reversing my debitorders cause they are taking off more than what they supposed to. I can't take this anymore. In doing that my other debitorders can't take off their CORRECT amounts. I WILL NOT be held accountable for the extra charges because it's in the first place NOT MY FAULT!! They keep on telling me they didn't get my pmnts (Previously) and I must send proof, and when I do, no-one gets back to me. This company is USELESS!! I will never take out a contract with telkom again, NEVER!! I will advise everyone to please stop making a company rich that doesn't have a care in the world for the people making them rich. I'm fed up and tired of this nonsense. If no-one comes back to me, I will keep on reversing pmnts. I need someone to sort this out for me URGENTLY without me being penalised!!
I've been with Telkom for a few years now. I've always had problems contacting them or getting them to contact me. There is NO email address I can contact someone on. There was a lady, Charlene Mncube that assisted me and I was very happy afterwards, but then again after that I had the exact same problem. They overcharge me, and then I have to sort it out by phoning every time. I can't spend my hard earned money phoning them the whole time and they don't sort it out, OR it happens again after it's sorted. They have overcharged me many times and now yet again this month they will take off more than double what they are supposed to. I have sent them my banking statements before to prove that the money went off and then they just double deduct afterwards again. It's really frustrating!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER take out any contract with them again. NEVER!!!
