I placed an online order with Makro and, unfortunately, only received one of the two products I ordered on 12 February 2025. I immediately contacted customer service, and after multiple phone calls to customer service, I was given different instructions each time by different consultants. On 18 March 2025, I was promised that I would receive a refund. As of 29 March 2025, I still have not been refunded, and all I’ve received are empty promises. I’m extremely frustrated by the lack of resolution and the poor customer service. I won’t be ordering from Makro again.
This is a scam, ymtheu just take your money. I paid with my credit card. However, they did not have stock. I have then requested they cancel my order. Numerous emails and messages send to WhatsApp. They now sent me mail stipulating they have delivered. However, I have not received ANYTHING. The lack of communication is appalling. Shouldn't you be made aware that there is no stock BEFORE you make the payment? And thereafter.. NO COMMUNICATION regarding your refund. They send a million messages and emails before payment and after that, nothing. Shame on you.
I have experienced the worst service at Dr Hugo Orthodontist Flora Cliff Branch. Reception disrespectful and laughs at you! It is always all about how much money they can get out of you without any service, you are just another number!
