Unfortunately I, as did other reviewers on this forum, didn't have a positive experience with this company. These guys are either going through some hectic stuff that make them appear smug, arrogant and difficult to communicate with, or they're simply too cool for regular folks. I would suggest not ordering online and rather going to the shop in person, as the refund process is messy (refer to paragraph one, please) and you lose 10% of the amount you paid because pressing the refund button takes up so much time, they need to be compensated for it? But now I'm guessing. Maybe they could look at how other businesses manage to do full refunds – pick any company in SA or even abroad. They were under the impression that I should be grateful to be able to return the product, as other companies wouldn't have allowed the return of an unworn pair of shoes with the tags still on... Also, when you return the product to the shop, you don't get proof of the return, you leave the product with them and trust that they will do the return because 'they are a brick and mortar building'. The mind boggles. Manners maketh the man, boys. Remember that you don't need to make customers feel like idiots, and you're not doing the customer a favour by taking their money. It goes without saying that I will not be supporting this shop again.
You pay, you don't receive your goods. This doesn't seem to be a legitimate company, don't give them your money.
I ordered an item from this website but are unable to contact them, find them online, or get a response from them. They were advertised through Instagram, be careful, I think it's a scam.
I cannot recommend this store enough. We were helped by Warren at the Stikland branch, and he went beyond good customer service. Friendly without being overwhelming, competent, great communicator who phones back when he says he will, great prices and friendly service from other staff in the shop too. What a joy to be doing business with people who show integrity – they deserve more than five stars.
Impossible to get in touch with this business. Messages are read but not responded to, and forget about someone answering the phone.
