4 calls each longer than 20mins of agent sending me everyone while im trying to set up my virtual card . how is it possible ????
credit card declines and bank tell me they cannot give me a reason and don't what to do , also made me wait for over 15mins on a call with no assistance
ordered my package a few days ago and after a few days i was given item short on my order. terrible service
standad bank blocking my account on the app and internet banking and everytime im getting a different story from these agents. no one is helping
got an sms this morning stating that ive been migrated to a new plan. i have never asked to be moved , vodacom agents purposely refused to cancel migration. this is ******* . i will not pay a cent and planning to take further action against these *****s
trying to get a hold of call center and when i finally get through phone is put down in my face . im trying to get assistance .
cannot receive calls ever since i join Vodacom constant problems. went into the branch to have it sorted and still i cannot receive phone calls and been paying for my contract for more than a year . its unprofessional to take money and note delivery
Drove all the way to checkers tokai only to find out when I got home the meat was rotten that was on the shelf
credit card expired last month . no notification with regards to a replacement card . drove to the bank to wait nearly 2 hours to be told them do not have it . still dont know when i will receive my new card
BS service . constantly giving me the run around when trying to cancel a contract. went to 2 different stores to be told they cannot do anything about it. utter rubbish
