Pathetic service in time of grieving
Having worked for this company for over 35years my father is been treated like trash, he claimed for my mothers death last week even to date we have not received any payment, no updates all we get is that docume ts are missing way acter we have submitted required documents. This is pathetic and not sympathetic

Very bad service when we are grieving
Very bad service, we sent claim documents last week wednesday until today we haven't received payment, o thursday is a burial and we ha e been promised callbacks, this is pathetic because my mother has been paying premiums on time.

Bad service intimes of a grieving time
My father in law submitted a funeral claim about 6days ago and still yet we are are waiting payment,they have given us a run around with too many excuses. Their service is pathetic to say the least.
