Today had a very bad experience at Dr Ismail in alexandra practice number 1451839 the receptionist was very rude looking down on my medical aid as if if doesn't exist ,giving me attitude as if i wont pay for my services ,the first time it happened i let it slide now again that lady is rude to patients and we are paying

I lost my phone inside uber went there the lady had attitude and did not want to assist me just said driver is sleeping they don't have his number her name Mati Matjie she was so rude it was july last year please assist

I lost my phone inside the uber on the 25th July 2024 went to the offices on of the staff was rude to me took her time to contact the driver and was rude said couldn't get hold of the driver till today .Her name is Mattie Matjie

Vumatel and Webafrica
I'm having a bad experience with Webafrica together with vuma app**** for the Fibre installation was a hustle but came to install after a week since instalation I don't have internet when their agent are checking give me different stories it's either I did not pay or my subscription has been canceled, keep on sending technition but nothing is done very bad service even Pakiso the agent that helped me is no help at all he only cared about a sale I'm so angry with their services

Thanks to Pauline from fnb General inquiries and Mono Andrew Mphahlele you helped me got my issue while other agents failed to do what fnb is paying them for. Was so frustrated wanting to close my account but thanks to those two I'm staying cause my husband was ready to join me n leave
