The pharmacist at clicks Alex plaza Tumi Machuba she was so rude wanted to but meds on my medical aid show her the picture of the medical aid ,told me she wont help cause she doesn't know me ,if she knew me she would have served me0 replies

I'm still waiting to hear from them that lady was very rude
I lost my phone inside the uber on the 25th July 2024 went to the offices on of the staff was rude to me took her time to contact the driver and was rude said couldn't get hold of the driver till today .Her name is Mattie Matjie0 replies

Thanks to Pauline from fnb General inquiries and Mono Andrew Mphahlele you helped me got my issue while other agents failed to do what fnb is paying them for. Was so frustrated wanting to close my account but thanks to those two I'm staying cause my husband was ready to join me n leave1 reply
