What an amazing concept and how convenient! I have just had dealing with FFO in terms of their payment portal and the assistance from their side was, without hesitation, the best I have ever come across! Their service delivery is impeccable and their packing something that other can take lessons from! Thank you FarmFreshOnline for never disappointing!

So, I see...this is now how Vodacom handles upgrades: you, as the customer, see that it's time for an upgrade. You, as the customer, phone Vodacom to upgrade. Vodacom leaves you in the lurch in terms of everything, your phone NEVER gets delivered, your upgrade NEVER is done and Vodacom just doesn't bother any further!!! You, as the customer, start to follow up with Vodacom. Vodacom shrugs its shoulders, cancels your upgrade and does it all over over again...ONE WHOLE MONTH LATER!!! The worst experience I have ever had!!! EVEN GOING TO HELLO PETER DIDN'T SPUR VODACOM!!! PURELY DISGUSTED!!!
When selling their phones, Vodacom is the first to jump on the bandwagon and annoy you with their continuous phone calls, but when it's time for THEM to "perform" they DON'T DO IT! I have been waiting for my UPGRADED PHONE to be delivered to me, after I started phoning to find out where my delivery is! So, as opposed to sending my phone to the address of my choice, it ended up in Alexandra!!! I ASK YOU! By means of the tracking number have I now established that my phone has ended up back in Pretoria where it was sent from!!! AND WHERE IS VODACOM IN THE PROCESS!!! NO-ONE IS PHONING ME BACK after I was promised that a consultant will be in contact with me!!! And so a process, said to take between 3 and 5 working days, has now already been 20 DAYS!!! FROM 02.02.2019 TO TODAY 22.02.2019!!! I'M UTTERLY DISGUSTED IN VODACOM'S LACK OF SERVICE!!!
I don't understand how Camel, supposedly a reputable cigarette company, can put something as disappointing as the Camel Double Mint&Red on the market! After having smoked Camel Double Mint&Purple, I wanted to buy another box recently, but the shop was out of stock - with the effect that I had to settle for the Mint&Red. How disappointing! I have thoroughly enjoyed the Mint&Purple and didn't even think twice about trying the Mint&Red out - well, this I will not do in a hurry again! I HAVE YET TO DISCOVER WHICH FLAVOUR IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE AS THERE ISN'T EVEN A HINT OF IT!! I may as well just have bought a menthol cigarette (which I don't like!). Very very disappointing!!!
