Working with this company has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Despite their client causing an accident with my vehicle, they have shown a complete reluctance to send an assessor to evaluate the damage or to provide a reasonable explanation for the surprisingly low compensation they are offering for the repairs needed. Their customer service is far from satisfactory – there is a noticeable lack of effort to streamline the process. My vehicle has been in need of repair for months, and their unresponsiveness and unwillingness to assist are unparalleled in my previous experiences
Disgusting. Terrible. Worst service you will ever receive in your life. One can never get hold of their support. Their phones just ring and ring. When there is an issue you need to wait countless days for them to fix it. Despicable service. I have been waiting 3 days for our lines to be fixed, we are a company. Who even knows how much business we lost.
I call in, at the beginning of the month due to not having internet access. They give me a reference which I have thrown away. On the 11/03/2020 I call in again to find out how the fault is going I provide them with the reference given to me and they inform me that the reference does not exist, which is why I threw it away, I though maybe I wrote it down wrong. I get another reference on the 11/03/2030 of 57412464. I leave telkom for a week because I know it takes time to fix things. On the 17/03/2020 I call in again to find out how the fault it going and they inform me that the reference I provided does not exist. So that’s twice now that the references do not exist. I get another reference on the 17/03/2020 of 574134308 and the fault is logged again. I leave them for a week again and I call in yesterday to find out how the problem is coming along. The gentlemen informs me that the technicians are working on it. I call in again today due to us needing the internet so we can work from home during lockdown. I speak to this kind lady that informs me that the reference of the 17/03/2020 does not exist and she will have to log another fault for me and provides me with an out her reference of 574148862. In a period of a month telkom has lost 3 references pertaining to fixing my internet and still today we have no internet because every time I phone it I need to get a new reference because my old one does not exist. No I could of written the first reference down incorrectly. But for me to write down all 3 wrong is kind of impossible. Now we are stuck with no internet during lockdown because my references to my fault keep going missing.
I complained about not getting any customer service yesterday.... still gave my number so that they could contact me... do you think they would of contacted me by now... well no. Still nothing. Still in the dark. For a customer that pays an annual fee of R14k i would like to think we deserve proper customer service...
I have been trying to get hold of you guys for about a month now but i am either on hold for half the day without anyone picking up or my emails get ignored. All i want is some advice and a consultant but nope nothing for anyone on your side. I understand if you might be short staffed but then at least get more staff or do something cause your current customers are getting frustrated.
