Ordered Glp1 in August 2025, from an online store Rebecer, to this day no order was received after countless emails was sent. Now they seemed to block me. I'm livid
For a long time a colleague and I would visit Ocean Basket in Vangate Mall. For all the times we ate there the service was really good. The food is excellent at all times. If I had to compare this branch with, Tygervalley, Cape Gate, Waterfront branches in my opinion they are the best. I don't know what it is but their food is tops.
Poor and rude customer service at Vodacom 4U store at Cape Gate, after waiting 2months for a device to be repaired, no communication from this store wrt the device. I went back to find out when my device would be ready, just to find out the device was at the store and nobody bothered to call me. They were full of excuses and I was not impressed with their lack of concern. Then an assistant by the name of Jaco brought the device and told me they are replacing the device and as I was telling him my dissatisfaction in their service he just shoved the device at me and told me to get out of their store. Never was I humiliated the way I was that day. I was livid...... I sent a complaint via e-mail to Vodacom's complaint dept on the 28 April 2018. I received no response from Vodacom. I resent that e-mail on the 24 May 2018 again no response. I so sick and tired of bad service. I went to another Vodacom store and told them of my ordeal, the response from that consultant was that so many clients came to their store complaining of the that store. What is Vodacom going to do about this..
