Siphesihle from Naked Insurance was great! I've been with them for about a year now and I have had to move into a new place. They explained what to do in detail and it make really seamless to switch over the cover.
Exceptional service EVERY single time. My partner and I visit BBB every about week and have been doing so for about 6 years now. How great is their service? Well I’m Vday we decided to spontaneously have a dinner out and rocked up at BBB without a booking (dumb mistake on our part) they literally found a table and chairs and placed it in a sweet spot and new my partners regular drink order and mine. Every waiter and waitress came to say hi. Their hospitality is the best really. The food is just a bonus.
I’m hoping this will get someone’s attention at Vodacom to contact me back. When I recharge my balance doesn’t update. I travel with Uber to and from work via an unsafe route and I don’t have airtime to call anyone BECAUSE Vodacom can’t seem to reply to my email and their agents are always busy and you hold for days. **** service. Must I just damn change to a different network?
I’ve been with standard bank for almost a decade now and now due to the “new normal” and having to quarantine, I’ve been trying to call and email Standard Bank for help and no one has gotten back to me. It’s been a month. I have even tried social media but still nothing. It’s urgent matters but there’s no solution. What’s going on Standard bank? Is customer service no longer a priority?
Firstly I’m grateful that safety procedures are put in place HOWEVER, the handling of people and telling them they are not allowed in AT ALL unless they take a trolley. This has happened at Pick n Pay Woodmead where my partner and I just wanted to step in after visiting Dischem, to grab a SIM card and the lady at the entrance said NO, I said sorry we just need a SIM card she pushed me to the trolleys and said “Take it and then I’ll let you in” and so my partner said “no no we only need a SIM card” she said “NO” you can’t enter. She also then proceeded to push another elderly lady as we walked away, who I regret not getting details of. Pick n Pay Chilli Lane. Same damn thing. This time he guy at the entrance BLOCKED us with his hands as barriers. I thanked him for being so safe but I just needed bread and I would pay at the Kiosk. He said “You can’t come in” To what extent is this acceptable? Woolworths, Checkers, Spar have been doing great, if not Wonderful with handling the increase of shopper and allowing a certain amount at a time. Why were these “rules” Or “authority” given to treat customers in such way? Family and friends have complained about this as well, in total 18 people. That’s how many you have now lost. And I am sure there are many more. Sad.
So today being Wednesday - “Whacky Wednesday” my partner and I decided to give Steers Chilli Lane another chance since we always seem to have bad luck there, but we’re trying to support fast foods as much as we can. We, again were struck with bad luck. I would not say I am a picky eater I just don’t like “onions” on my burgers and so I asked if that could be removed and the cashier says “Ya ok”, we walked off to Woolies to get a few items and were back 10 minutes later and we waited...and waited because they had forgotten no onions which would have been okay if they still added it because well they’ve never listened to me before anyway. While waiting though, what disappointed us even more and will cause us to never return, is that the lady in the kitchen had her mask not fully over her nose and was not wearing gloves and was handling food (This applies to the ones packing the food into the bags for us) AND when the cashier said “this order no onions” she gave the good old South African “Voetsek” gesture and pointed me not knowing that my partner and I could still see her. Disappointment and after disappointment.
Had such great service from Flyerz.co.za, the flyers were delivered on time without any hassle.
The owner Ashlee and his team are by far the most efficient and proficient when it comes to IT. I would recommend them to any organization
