I'm writing this on behalf my 85 year old Mom, Mrs. MJM Blignaut, Policy Number GT0225626X5. You just paid her 'Spesiale Bonus' (That she was very much looking forward to!) into our sister's bank account, Mrs. J G*****!!! How on earth, in this day and age, with the strict FICA requirements did you manage to pay her money into a 3rd party's bank account?
As other customers have reported I'm suddenly charged an additional fee for 'mu additional sms'. I'm absolutely dimayed at this theft from Standard Bank!!!
I have e-mailed Vodacom 02 Feb 2023 and 06 Feb 2023 to cancell 3 of my contracts that I haven't used in years. After this has yielded no reponse I called 082 1958 on 10 Feb 2023 to cancel the offending 3 contracts. The lady who assisted were more interested in upgrading the contracts that I'm keeping than cancelling the 3 contracts I don't need. After spending 11min 5 sec on the phone and a promise that the 3 contracts would be cancelled it is still active while one contract was in fact upgraded (I agreed to this contract being upgraded but explained that my biggest need was to cancell the 3 that I don't need or use) She also promised to call me to confirm the cancellations that was never done. This is appallling service. I would like the 3 contracts mentioned in my e-mails and phone call cancelled and a refund for this month's subscription.
