Margery Steyn is very very extremely rude, I really regret the day I came across this office...I don't know if the doctor knows how rude the employees are...No communication whatsoever, You call to try and make payments arrangements she won't even listen she will tell you where to get off..I've never met such a heartless, rude soul...I'm out of words...So disappointed and shocked... Doctor you really need to jerk up you are going to kill your business if it's not dead already...seeing such reviews shocked me more...wish I'd seen this before
What a bad experience and welcome from the manager and stuff and cradle moon restaurant..We went there yesterday to celebrate our anniversary drove all the way just to get there @ 7:45 and be told the kitchen closes @8pm yet the restaurant itself trades till 9..When we said but it's not 8pm yet only then we were allowed to sit..then was told we can play the music from our phones..The waiter who was serving us..I think his name is James didn't even had a smile nor said 1 word to us throughout, you could tell he was so annoyed. THE table and cutlery was all dusty nobody even offered to wipe anything for sit in..The chips were not fresh..I honesty didn't eat at all...We asked for take away and no bag was offered we had to carry our food as though we didn't purchase a bag..The takeaway boxes were too small to fit the food my husband had to try and close them properly as the waiter didn't care much...I honestly wouldn't recommend the place to anyone I've never been treated so poorly especially on a special day like that...My anniversary was really ruined...I'm so dissatisfied and angry...what a night.......
To cut the long story short, I’m an active policy holder of Vuyo’s funerals. I was overcharged, and promised to be refunded. To this day I am still waiting for my refund. I phoned the offices everyday but no help what so ever. I am always taken from Pillar to post. I have asked to be transferred to Nkateko several times and they tell me she’s not in the office.Now Nkateko you being the owner could you look into this matter and revert back to me. I have spoken to Tsholo Morobane, she always promise to get back to me but never. I am really disappointed with the service I received from Vuyo.
Worst customer service ever received from MiMi the cashier in Woodmead wimpy. The manager is the worst of them all,I don’t even know where to start writing my experience there after I drove miles to get my order and they all looked at me like an ediot. The arrogancy that the manager has is out of this world.When the least he could have done was to apologize instead he decided to scream at me. Very disappointing service. i worked for a company that opened an account with old mutual for our provident funds,i have bin struggling ever sins with my funds as we where retrenched form work.i called old mutual direct and have bin taken from pillar to post.i was promised it will only take them maximum of 6 weeks to pay out but now its going for 3 months .can some one step in and help sort this out please .i will never advice advice any one to invert with them
