Joined the gym on the 11th. Decided against it and requested to cancel the membership on the 18th and was charged a 1560 cancellation fee because my cancellation request fell outside the cool off period. I hadn’t even used their facilities and I got charged a cancellation fee. I cancelled less than 20 working days from the day I join, having never used their facilities and I got charged 1560. They better enjoy that 1.5
This is for the useless funeral cover y’all recommend to me. I wish I could give a zero rating. Absolutely pathetic service. They have to be begged to allocate money onto a policy. They refused to update my banking details so I had to make eft payments. Called on 27.11 to make sure an eft payment I made was allocated to the policy and it was not. Sent an email on the same day. Called on 3.12 about the same thing and it still was not allocated. Called on the 11.12 and it still was not done and everyone I talked to said we can see your proof of payment and we will allocate. I sent an email to their complaints email on 11.12 and never heard back from them. Called on 22.12 and was told the money still was not allocated. Utterly useless!!! Discovery is in part to blame cause they recommended this useless company’s product to me. Never make the mistake of taking out cover with these useless invalids.

Took out a contract with then and requested that the collection date be the 25th and they debit on the last day of every month. I’ve called 2 months in a row to have this fixed and was assured that it had been changed but they obviously ****.
I called to upgrade my lte devise to a one that would charge me 3x more than what I am paying now and got hung up on 2 time. Called to give the more money and they basically flipped me the finger 2 time. I had to wait 30 minutes just to get through to someone on both occasions and they hung up on me. That time I was planning on give them more money 🤣 what a joke.
