During my second purchase, they withdrew funds from my account without my authorization. I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance and their consultant Ramasela. She was good to me ,she treated me like royalty and with patience. Keep up the good work. MiWay you always make sure that your clients get the best service. 👌
No access to basic amenities at Respublica Princeton my child is a resident at Respublica Princeton Village in Midrand. For 6 weeks now, they have not had hot water, stable Wi-Fi and the power has been off for 3 hours ontop of the loadshedding they already experience. As students, this environment is detrimental to productivity and just meeting basic needs. They switch off the wifi if rent is more than a day late, and even knock at your door if you forgot to load proof of payment.They switch of the lights for once even an entire day and management doesn't even have the decency to explain or assist the situation. What's more is that upper residence (all within the same property) gets everything that lower residence doesn't, ie. Lights, water, etc. The toilet sit is broken,toilet not flushing, main door for the apartment not locking and this was reported several times ,children are given empty promises to fix thiis but nothing happened till this *****he safety of our daughters is compromised. This place is problematic on so many levels. I'd rate no stars if possible. Fir the money we pay this low grade service we pay for. I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance. I was about to move to a new insurance and Marvin made it possible for me to continue being their client. They did nothing wrong for me to leave but I wanted a cheeper premium.
I have received a lot of my parcels through RAM courier service and it was my first time experiencing such a bad service. I would like to complaint about the person who brought my parcel today , I had an extremely bad experience. His name is Stemmer,he is extremely rude and doesn't have respect for the next person. I perceive him as someone who is impatient with clients and he treated me like he was doing me a favour by delivering my parcel. His code of conduct is not acceptable for private sector and a big company like Ram couriers, I work with clients myself and I do not tolerate disrespect and rudeness. In my opinion your customers are your employer because without my delivery he doesn't have work to do and a salary to take home. Please teach him customer care and service delivery. We do not need people like him in this type of business and the service you are rendering. I understand that he doesn't deliver to me alone and has time frame /limit per client ,but that doesn't give him any right to be rude or disrespect the other person. I sent a complainttotheircomplaintdepartmentttill to date I didn't receive any feedback from them.

I was in car accident and I bought a car with the dealership. When I called them I made a mistake and requested a wrong model which is a Haval H6 1.5 that was different from the car I test drove (Haval H6 2.0 luxary) from our local Haval dealership. I later realized when they sent me pictures of the Haval H6 1.5 that it's not the same car I want. I asked if we can cancel the deal and buy the H6 2.0 at the local dealership. The sales representative requested that I buy from him because he had to buy the red car(H6 1.5) that I requested and later realized it was a wrong order therefore it will count as loss to them hence I no longer taking it. I stayed with them because it was a fair and reasonable request. I didn't have a car and they offered me a courtesy car coz I needed some extras on the car I was buying. I went to fetch the courtesy vehicle at Kempton Park from Standerton. What I liked is that they waited for us to arrive and it was after hours. They told me that the car has petrol but I didn't drive 20km and the was on reserve. My car was delivered on the first of May at my house with a non functional passenger front door. When I informed the sales representative that I am not satisfied he said that is a small issue to be unsatisfied with, from a customer satisfaction perspective there is nothing small in terms of a complaint or quality service . I had put petrol in the courtesy car on the 1st of May and I am told they will not refund me because when they deliver the car they also put petrol in but the petrol meter was near the red line on the new car that was delivered. Today when I insist that I want my petrol money I am being reminded of the the car they fetched from the other dealership that I later decided to not to take yet I was requested to buy from them in order to make up for the costs of the red H6 1.5.
I would like to thank Prescious and Kgotso for the service rendered to me. They have excellent customer service skills and they have Ubuntu. You are the best and keep up the great work you are doing.
