Delivery complaint
I have been battling to get an replacement headboard delivered to me. They delivered the 1 st one quickly and collected it again. I have paid in for a Queen headboard and for the last month they have been trying to deliver it in JHB. I live in Mossel bay. I have phoned the call centre at least 12 times. Last week I asked for a Manager, but this doesn’t happen. I spoke to Cornelius on Monday and he promised to phone back. I spoke to Mpho yesterday and she said Cornelius will get back to me. I am really disappointed in the way this has been handled and don’t know what to do anymore.

Great move by Girls on the move
Moving for the 1st time in 31 years and 1 200km away was very stress full for me. Girls on the move made everything easier for me. The ladies arrived on 11 May 2021 to pack up my home (I only packed up my valuables). On 13 May everything was loaded and the next morning early we all left. I got What’s app’s to give me feedback on where they were and when they arrived in Beaufort West to sleep. I was told that the truck will be at the farm at 7h00 the next morning and it was there way before. The pink ladies moved everything to where it should be and created some kind of structure in my house. A big thank you to each staff member!! Everyone was friendly and helpful!!! What a nice change to normal service we get!!

Bad service from Samsung SA
Bought a Smart TV during December. On 7 January it wouldn't switch on. They send out a technical person on the 14 th of Jan and he authorized replacement. Since then I have phoned every 2nd day and no TV. After phoning yesterday again, they promised I will get it next week...I get no call back! I'm shocked of Samsung service and will never buy Samsung again!!
