By far the worst service I have ever had. From ****** and mouldy linen, to broken room doors and losses that are unaccounted for and not even an apology. This the first step of many for this hotel I’m disgusted!
this is by far the worst service i have ever had. I placed an order online at 1:00 and it is 2:47 now and my food is not here still. I have called three times and the driver is always on his way. I am literally a street away from them but im still waiting for food. This is the very last time im ordering from them. this is really pathetic!!
I am not impressed with the service at FNB maponya mall. I am not a customer of theirs but my mother was for more than 30 years. She passed away on Friday and instead of mourning I'm here trying to sort out her affairs and there was no sympathy from the staff there were 4 consultants at the door and 3 desks were empty. They were using the ticket system but we had no tickets and everyone was in the same queue. When we inquired about this bad service we were met by condescending attitudes from the staff. I am extremely disappointed as my mom always sang their praises when she was alive. I have been in the queue for and hour and still counting
