Not reliable. Can't access my own money.. The bank sent me a message saying I exceeded my international limit, please visit a branch. I was planning for my oversees trip, so I went to the branch beforehand to make sure everything is sorted before I leave. The branch made few calls, then they said it's all sorted you can use your cards normally now. First incident, I am at the airport after I had my food, both debit and credit cards didn't work.. Had to go through a lot of hassle to pay cash (I paid 100$ and got the change in another currency so had to do a conversion at the airport and paid fees for that). I immediately contacted the bank, asked them what's wrong, still they said you have exceeded your limits and I need to go to the branch again, I told them but I have went to the branch as you told me? Then they said I have fixed it for you. I tried again and the problem still happens. Tried to do multiple international calls and they keep me on hold for long time and eventually just hand up! I eventually run out of cash since I had a lot of expenses and relied on the cards for the most part, was put in very inconvenient situations and had to borrow money from people. This is just embarrassing specially because I am not even trying to use the credit card, but it's my own money in my cheque account and I can't access that. Now I am still oversees, I have an upcoming payment for R35,000 Rands on my credit card and I am still not sure how I will sort this out! I contacted the bank too many times (very unprofessional and helpless bankers on the app that usually end the chat immediately or just ask you to go to branch) Last thing was a complaint I made but I still haven't heard back on that. Another issue that might explain how bad customer support is. The bank didn't deduct the auto payment to my credit card automatically (because the system was down). I contacted them and they said don't manually make the payment to avoid a double payment. Then they decided to charge me interest for that. I logged a case with them, no one ever followed back with me. I had to keep asking all the time, until one day after a month or two, they said the case was closed, and they CC'ed the agent that close the ticket to give me an update. Needless to say that I have followed up on that email for a month asking for the two guys in the email to respond to me and they just found it fun to ignore me. Just very unprofessional. I am just saying don't waste your time and energy with this bank, you will end up begging for your own money, no real customer support, and unexperienced bankers (even in the branch). It's just not worths it... I am eventually going to get my money from this bank and close all these cards for good, but I will share my experience with everyone so that others don't have to go through that.
My internet went down for a whole day, I tried all support channels, WhatsApp, phone, email and ticket. It has been 5 days now and they never called back or replied to my case although I sent them multiple times. My internet eventually started to work, but after using mobile data for a day which costed me. I am cancelling my subscription. If an internet provider can't provide quick support for unavailable internet, then it's not reliable to use for anything. Avoid this provider, it's not worth the money.
They promised to send someone to fix something in my car and kept ignoring emails and phones.
Tastes good. Could be improved by keeping the taste/quality more consistent.
I am asking for a claim withdrawal document from them (Which means I don't want to claim from them but I need this one to claim from a third party insurance) and they are very slow and they ignore my email. I sent two reminder emails to get the document and no one is even replying. I have been like that without replies for two weeks! If this is the case when I just ask for a document, I wonder what happens when I really need to claim money from you. Also I keep calling them to ask for this but they just leave me waiting on the phone and says agents are busy for a long time, and when someone set a phone number on the website to get a quote they call in less than 10 seconds. Another problem is that I have vitality drive, and due to a problem in their side, they told me I can't get any fuel cash back for the past 7 months because the device was registered to the wrong account. I am totally dissatisfied and will definitely be moving to another insurance company once I fix my car.
