We were served rotten, over cooked and half eaten food. My friend n I ordered a meal from the Chicken licken via Uber eats in Pretoria at the central house building. We were shocked when we opened the box, the loaf had mould and the drumstick was half eaten. We tried to call them back but all their phones are not working. We complained on the website and still no one has reverted back to us. This service is very dissapointing
my kids and i visited this place between the 5 - 8 Sep 2021 and on of my daughters misplaced her Galaxy fit 2 watches in the our room. I contacted the hotel and was informed that it was found and kept in a safe place. On the 4th Feb when my partner went back to collect the watch the front desk guy called Eddie said he knew nothing and that we should contact Grace their front desk manager. They have not come back to me and they have not been replying to my emails.

The most horrible experience I've ever had. Bought my 1st house and still not living in it. I thought buying a newly developed villa would be a breeze, but these ones showed me flames. I have been paying my bond for more than 4 months in a house that I havent even moved in. There are no stoves, the house is infested with mould and window hinges are broken. I have called both Daniel and David to confront them about my problem and they are both sending me from pillar to post. My kids and I are currently without a place to stay because I can't move in to the house that I am currently paying bond for. I received an email from Danel saying that David was the one responsible for developments. When I went to FAR properties in Pretoria West I thought my things would go well. Now everyone who was involved in this purchase and commissioned is saying I must sort it out by myself... 💔 If there is anyone that can assist us, please do. M really tired now.
I ordered 6 Lemon and Lime Chardonnay from their online store. Now my products were supposed to be delivered 2 Thursdays ago. When I went through my mails today I was told that they couldn't get ahold of my address that is less that 20 km from their wonderboom junction Woolworths store. I am hosting a few family member overwhelmed weekend and I unfortunately haven't gotten my things. I spoke to a lady called Thando from their call centre and she said I would have to go collect them myself from Centurion mall. I asked her that how was that possible if I that put in my wonderboom address . Thando kept me waiting claiming that she was speaking to the manager from Centurion mall. She said the Manager would ask his delivery guys if it'll be possible to make a delivery to our side (Wonderboom Junction) since they couldn't get my address. Thando is telling me with refunds that'll take 4 to five days while I want my wine.
On the 22 April 2021 i reported to Huawei care that my phone's screen cracked and went blank. During that time i requested that my phone be collected since i was far from a Huawei store to take it in for a quotation. On the 28th April 2021 my case was assigned to Misha Pretorius and was told that it would be attended to soon. On the 4th I called the claims department to find out what was going on because I am still sitting without a phone and I was informed by the gentleman that he would refer my case to management and they would communicate with me. Nothing of that sort has happened and I am still sitting with a broken phone. I must say that I am deeply disappointed with your services.
Last month Finchoice apperently had problems with their debuting systems and they tried to debit my last installment on the 28th instead of the 26th. A consultant called me 2 days later to inform me that my account is in arrears. I explained that by this time there is no money in the account because I know that they debit on the 26th and didn't know that they did not. I then explained that they should debit on the 26th of April as they will get money in my account and the consultant agreed without even telling me that I should make alternative payments. Now today I call finchoice with the problem m having with my mobi account and they tell me that I don't qualify because I skipped my last payment and it came in late(26th April). I tried explained to the consultant I spoke to today and she told me that it was my fault the there was no money when they decided to debit. I have never spoken to such a rude person that shifted blame like the consultant I spoke to today. We ended our conversation with her saying that she will leave it on the system to update but she can't help me. I've never been so disappointed in finchoice all the time I was with them ?
I need help. My daughter's bottles has turned horribly brownish yellowish in colour. I need someone to get back to me because I've been calling to deaf ears ?

Good Day Please note that i am still waiting for my 2 kettles and iron that you agreed more than 2 moths ago to replace. Its been more than 2 moth now. Every time i call i get transferred to a very rude consultant that tells me to call ********** . On this number they tell me to call customer care. I really hate this because i am using my airtime. Can somebody please tell me what to do, this is very frustrating. I need these items as they are essential.
