Warning: Avoid Using Rentoza!!! Be cautious of this website. After making the initial payment, they take an excessively long time to process refunds when you get frustrated with non-delivery. I have been waiting for my refund for over a month now. Do not use Rentoza. Report this website to the authorities to prevent others from experiencing the same issue.

Professional experience
My car battery went flat and a gentleman by the name of Zunaid Joseph was so professional and helpful in this situation. Within minutes, an Automobile Association vehicle was able to assist with a jump start and I was on my way again. Thank you Zunaid Joseph for keeping me up to date with the arrival of the assistant. Very professional service, well done and keep up the good work!

Pathetic service!!! Ordered my license 1 month ago and I am still waiting, the license is apparently with them at their offices and needs to be dispatched. I hear a different story every time from the lady. Damn **** service and unprofessional!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Online shopping experience
Bad experience online shopping during Covid-19 pandemic. My item was out of stock and it took them 3 weeks to get back to me to let me know my order will not be fulfilled. If stores like www.takealot.com can get this right and keep their customers updated. I do not see the problem. Highly recomment NOT using Woolworths online store during any sort of pandemic!
