Discovery Keycare Plus. After being a member & a Pensioner for over 5 years, they suddenly pushed me on a higher income bracket without my knowledge & suspended me saying I owed them outstanding premiums. They then sorted the issue & still kept me on suspension saying that the premiums have gone up & there was a shortfall for Jan & Feb 2024, which I paid. After several emails & calls they unsuspended my account. Also being a chronic patient I had no access to my medication. Due to this I have been suffering with anxiety. Depression & stress.
I recently found a plumber through this paper, He was a fraud who conned me for R500 and never sorted out the problem & refused to come back asking for more money
I have downgraded my contract to prepaid & was told going forward there will be no subscriptions. Thereafter the phone got blocked asking for a payment. After paying they opened the phone. They made a mistake on their side and now I am still waiting for my refund.
My telkom line is now down for almost a week & each time we call Telkom they bull**** about cable theft & they not going to replace the cable & ask us to move over to wireless. Currently people I know with the wireless system are totally dissatisfied as well. It will be greatly appreciated if u could get them to sort out my line, as this has inconvenienced me tremendously. Telkom service stinks, as I have been without landline now for over a month & a half. My alarm work with the phone. They will be held liable if I ever have an incident.
