This is the company with the worst Retention department in the whole of Africa. I'm struggling to cancel a *****ulent upgrade since April 2024. Please people of South Africa, don't use MTN as service provider.
The worst internet provider ever. Constant outages. There Reason: Fibre Carrier Teraco is down. How convenient always. Please please don't use Co.pu-Nex as internet providers.
Tried to contact them. Most pathetic service provider. You cant email anyone. Only per phone. Ridiculous. I'm furious. 14 days and still waiting for a call. Order was placed 2 weeks back. Telkom LTE. Worst ever service provider. Please don't use them. They don't care about there client's. They catch you with unlimited data but they don't mention anything about throttling. 150G and then they throttle the **** out of the line. Not even 1Mbs.. very bad provider. Go to Vox or Mweb.
Order no X6010721. 11 days already, no phone call nothing. I asked them to speed up the process cause I'm leaving for Nairobi. Did absolutely nothing. Try phoned them, waited 28 min, my airtime were used up, they didn't pickup the phone. Trying to contact them via email. Useless. Website and customer services is so useless. Hi All, Please re-think a loan from Direct Axis. There service absolutely up to ****. They are very keen in loaning you money but when they own you money, its a sadly different story. We paid up my wife's account in November 2020. We send the necessary documentation through and no reply nothing. Waited till end of month they deduct installment again end of December 2020. Tried numerous times contacting then, no joy. Wragtig, again end of Jan 2021. How on earth can Direct Axis be so incompetent. We will take this further and i will drag your name through the water. #incompetent #pathetic #disgrace
I've been waiting since end of Feb to upgrade my ADSL line to 4Meg. What an pathetic bunce of idiots working in one department. All the records and logs are recorded by myself. Promises promises... Such incompetence is commen in Local Departments since the Zuma era. No wonder more and more money get stolen.
