I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by my experience with this company. I paid in full for an order of PPE, and despite being promised delivery within 15–21 days, the goods were never released. Once the agreed timeframe had passed, they continuously delayed and ultimately refused to hand over my order — to the point where my own client was forced to cancel. I made numerous phone calls and even visited their premises in an attempt to resolve the matter amicably and professionally. Instead of cooperation, I was met with arrogance, derogatory remarks, and outright disrespect. I was told that my order was insignificant compared to their “bigger” orders worth thousands of rands and that I should stop bothering them. Hannie and a lady named Morufa repeatedly misrepresented the status of my order, providing false assurances about its readiness. After exhausting all reasonable avenues, I had no choice but to seek legal intervention to recover my money. Based on my experience, I strongly caution others to think twice before doing business with this company. What I encountered was unprofessional, *********, and deeply distressing. Please be careful.

I was involved in a car accident on the 11th May 2018 and Miway Insurance which I am insured with rejected my claim since they said that the damages on the car are less than my excess fee so I had to arrange for the repair of my car at my own costs. Having accepted the decision as made by Miway, I then requested 3 quotations from different panel beaters but all quotations were far above my excess fee. So having to realize that I had to refer this matter back Miway for review and reassessment. The Miway official who was in charge of my claim did not help at all up until i requested for the escalation of this matter. I am not happy at all about how am being treated at Miway as this shows very well that Miway doesn't care about their clients. In this note I would like to openly convey my disappointment and mention that I that I am cancelling my policy with Miway and would advise others not to consider Miway Insurance.
Would like to thank a consultant from Midway Insurance by the name of Tumisang Leone who gave the best and outstanding service. Tumisang, please keep up the good work... Your commitment and dedication will make you a better person one day. Thank you once Again.
