The worst decision I made to use it. Now I’m paying money as a consequence to my bad decision and their horrible after sale service. I’ve been without wifi for 2 weeks and their only solution is to keep me on the phone for 2 hours to configure and connect myself. They refuse to send a technician because the issue can be resolved remotely but clearly it cannot. I’m canceling this nonsense.
This company provides an amazing online shopping experience. Their promises are kept and delivery is quick and easy. Best part- Their prices are reasonable.
I order ordered two tables from Weylandts online on 20 August 2020 and was promised delivery within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I had to call them (with so much hardship to get hold of anyone on the other side of the line) to find out what is happening with my order and they told me I have to wait until mid October 2020. When I ask them to loan me a table I can use in the mean time they can't even assist me with that. I am so disappointed at how they don't take my order or business seriously.IF YOU SEE ANYTHING ON THIS COMPANY'S WEBSITE THAT YOU LIKE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR... LOOK ELSEWHERE.
