I spoke to Lesedi Mothlabane. She was very easy to talk to and was very efficient while going through our policy. She was empathetic with our struggle with the rising costs of living. Lesedi made our policy a lot more affordable so that we did not have to cancel.

Poor service from Shein online
I ordered a huge order in October 2023 and am still waiting for my stuff. At first they could not find the order, now I have been told that they found it but I must wait patiently! I have ordered plenty things through Shein, but this is the first time that I am struggling to get my order.

Spoke to Nlakanipho Sibanyoni, and he was very helpful updating details on my policy. He phoned me about the tracker on my husband's vehicle, Miway just needed to know if there is a tracker system and through whom it is. He will follow up with Cartrack, so that I do not need to. He was very friendly and polite. Very helpful as well. I enjoy working with Miway Insurance and their call centre staff.
