Unhappy guest....not enough towels for a couple.... Rooms are small.... To noise..... DON'T BOOK THE PLACE.....Bad Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!?.was there in June

I've spoken to the reception a couple of times, but on the night of 24 August, I went to speak to a fat rounded man at the reception area at 9:45 pm about the noise some of their guests were making. This is heard by the neighbours loudly. The hotel constantly allows guests to get drunk by the parking and play their portable speakers or music from their cars. Unfortunately the fat guy said he can't go and stop them because they will come back and start making noise for other guests which made no sense whatsoever. Basically this suggests that they have no control over the disruptive noise some of their guests occasionally engage in which will disturb other guests and neibours. This disrupts people in the evenings who have children studying and preparing for homeworks as well as adults trying to relax.

The standard room is beautiful and cozy, comes with shower and toilet. Cleaning services available everyday.We were welcomed by a friendly staff. The rooms do not come with fridges but they are available on request. TV is too small, the hotel should probably consider investing in a bigger one and upgrading the DStv channel (only two DStv channels). Added bonus is the air conditioner as it was hot so the room is always cool. The breakfasts is the best and delicious. There is a variety of food to choose from and they allow you to take a takeaway if you are unable to eat during breakfast. There is a shuttle available on request everyday and the drivers are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is less than 5km from the CBD so you can just take a walk and explore the area or take the uber straight to the CBD or better yet request a shuttle from the hotel.

For a so proclaimed 3 star hotel, the service provided wasn't on par. The towels were not fresh and not enough for two people. I found myself ****ing a ****roach in my sleep-this was a TURN OFF. There was a delayed responses with housekeeping. The assigned room for the night was not peaceful at all, it was on the first floor, the same floor as their conference center.

<p>This is a horrible Hotel, zero customer service quality nd facility are bad, especially the sales executive DINA JANSEN NO. ********** 387. first night I had asked for an iron nd it took them 3 hrs to bring, the lady who brought it jus said to me in a very cheeky attitude that she just arrived and its not her problem tht the other shift took time to assist me. I complained to Dina abt this and I complained also that the room I'm staying in is very small nd has a funny smell. she promised to move me to a bigger room the next day but when the following day came she shouted me nd told me tht the room wher already occupied. I was even told tht they do not do refundz so I was forced to stay the remaining 3 nights with them. it was horrible the workers wher laughing when they see me, nd I hated every day. Jus dont go to this if u still love ur dignity</p>

Stayed a night at the Hotel on the 03/05/2015 and I know for sure that I left my jacket in the Hotel and when i called to check if its found they say its not there. I traced my steps and I know for sure that I definitely left it there.<br> Not happy with this AT ALL. My boyfriend and I are regular customers at the hotel and I think I will start looking for different Hotel that I can trust with my staff in case I leave things there.

Stayed a night at the Hotel on the 03/05/2015 and I know for sure that I left my jacket in the Hotel and when i called to check if its found they say its not there.
