I have requested for my R4000 Auction deposit back 3 months ago, and I did twice after that, the last time was 24th of October 2025. I have submitted all the things I was asked to prove that I payed but till today I have not recieved my deposit back. I have been calling and I am told that only the sales department can help but there's no number for that department u have to email everyone, but no response. Branch cannot help, customer care cannot help, only a department that seems not to be reachable by fone. I regret having put my money with them. There is not straight u thrown from pillar to post. It's like this sales department is none existent. I'm am so disappointed with this so called WeBuyCars I thought they were legitimate business, this whole this makes me think and see that I was ****med, where is my refund WeBuyCars????????????
I have cancelled my contract with Telkom since last year July 2023, but till today they have been deducticting from my account. I have called, sent multiple emails, even went to the Telkom shop, they just tell me "we will ascalate the matter" Telkom is affecting my credit score becoz I had to reverse the debit order every month. Now the debit order is above my Bank app limit for reversals, I have to go to the bank every month. The Bank Blocks them, but they keep changing Authorisation number, and every month they increased deductions by R400!!!! No one has helped me at all, I am stressed because now the Bank charges me R100 for every time im doing a reversal becoz of the amount and my credit score has been affected. All just for a device insurance I cancelled long time ago! I curse and regret the day I decided to go to Telkom, its costing me every month. You call them ,the phone will ring for 30min no answer!!! And when you get an agent they tell you, sorry I cant help you "well ascalate the matter" i think I have more than 10 emails I sent since I cancelled this insurance, they have not rep**** to non of them. It looks like Telkom is a big ****mer. I hate it!!! They are big bullies. I wish I had stayed with Vodacom, vodacom is very efficient when it comes to customer services, It was my first time with Telkom and I will NEVER AGAIN!!! I DONT CARE EVEN IF THEY GIVING GADGETS FOR FREE TO GET MY CONTACTS, I WILL NEVER AGAIN!!! THEY HAVE NO CARE FOR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!!.
Bolt, ****** me, charged twice on my card, which amounted to three times the amount I was billed initially, and this is not the first time they have done this. Jus becoz we put our card details on the app doesn't mean Bolt can do as they please on ppl cards. I hate Bold, I wished i sticked the ride I got at Indriver Sies!!!! And there no were I can call them for this, they are the only ones who can chose to come back to me or not...yhoooooo!!!!
Mareica from Vodacom Baywest Port Elizabeth near Game stores, this woman needs a training for customer service, besides that she just has no manners at all. She is rude, and disrespectful and then she will tell you "I don't know anything my dear cause I sit at the back" I hope get stuck at that back for a long time, no company needs a representative like you. This is so disappointing because i got a good service from the people who serve in front when i was visiting their shop. They must take this Mareica lady away from the phone yhooo!! I have never experience such rudeness and the bad thing is that I have already bought their product, and I was asking for part of it which I paid for but I haven't received because they ddnt have it that time. Only if I knew, I would've gone somewhere else.
I have been using Rain Mobile 4G for about a year. before the lockdown the speed was ohk, even thgh I noticed during the weekends it slower than usual. Since the lockdown started, the speed has been EXTREMELY slow and no I'm no exaggerating this. it literally took me 10mins to get to this web and write this comment. I havent been able able to search anything without being tired of waiting and waiting for a loading page. They introduced the "24/7" deal, which has a much slower speed than the "19hr 4G" but I think they put evryone on slow speed. They should have reduced the price as well then!. I am cancelling because this is fraud....they get to temper with speeds when ever it suits them. This is wrong, they need to investigated for this. It can't be that along of people are crying about the same thing around the same time and they busy deducting money still from our accounts. we are not blind we can see what they did.
<p>This is a horrible Hotel, zero customer service quality nd facility are bad, especially the sales executive DINA JANSEN NO. ********** 387. first night I had asked for an iron nd it took them 3 hrs to bring, the lady who brought it jus said to me in a very cheeky attitude that she just arrived and its not her problem tht the other shift took time to assist me. I complained to Dina abt this and I complained also that the room I'm staying in is very small nd has a funny smell. she promised to move me to a bigger room the next day but when the following day came she shouted me nd told me tht the room wher already occupied. I was even told tht they do not do refundz so I was forced to stay the remaining 3 nights with them. it was horrible the workers wher laughing when they see me, nd I hated every day. Jus dont go to this if u still love ur dignity</p>
