My experience with Marko hasn't been a pleasant one. I bought a mirror and it was delivered broken, same day of delivery 17th Feb,I logged a return for the item to be collected on 19th Feb. Till today, the item hasn't been collected. I have made several calls to customer service, which are good as useless because all they claim to do is to escalate the matter to marketplace. Its been 4 escalations already with no progress. I have asked to speak to Mpho ******anes manager, She has been ignoring my calls also. I am suck with a broken mirror and I am getting no joy with this process.
House of Supreme has shown a complete lack of care for their customers. They leave installations incomplete and expect us to pay for it! Their shutters are poorly made, breaking down after only a year. If you're considering shutters, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. House of Supreme is absolutely not worth your money!
I am here to rate my experience with Silence Malefande. Great guy! He extended to call me back after I had told him that my airtime is finished. He explained with understanding and tried to assist to the best of his ability.
Home-Connect doesn't value customer service. They were informed about the system migration project that Vuma was working on. However, Home-Connect failed to inform their customers about this project, and now I am one of the affected customers. We work from home, and with prior communication, we could have made the necessary arrangements to deal with such disruptions. I am now on day 4 without internet due to their negligence. The call agents have been unable to reconnect me. I have been making calls, using up my resources, with no compensation in sight. My last call with an agent named Edmond was so frustrating that it prompted me to write this review on Hello Peter. Their incompetence is unacceptable. I need my service restored immediately. I bought a Gin trolley from Abodery.co.za few wee ago, by the time it was delivered, I was happy with the trolley however it was too small for my space. Abodery.co.za reached out to me confirming if I was happy with my purchase, I told them I wasn't aware that it would come at that size. They volunteered to do an exchange with a trolley that had my specifications . my gin trolley got delivered and I am excited to display my gin there Happy with with the communication through the process. Customer experience was exceptional. They take customers seriously. Highly recommended
For a so proclaimed 3 star hotel, the service provided wasn't on par. The towels were not fresh and not enough for two people. I found myself ****ing a ****roach in my sleep-this was a TURN OFF. There was a delayed responses with housekeeping. The assigned room for the night was not peaceful at all, it was on the first floor, the same floor as their conference center.
