Item received by CourierGuy on day one from Amazon at 01:15 in the morning. Amazon informed me that delivery would take place on that day. By around 17:00 on that day, CourierGuy let me know that they would not deliver as they are 'missing delivery information'. This was not true as Amazon had given correct delivery address and clearly my contact number. After various attempts to Amazon's and CourierGuy's so called customer care (sick, no explenation has been received as to what held the delivery back and now only a promise that they plan to deliver by latest four days after day one.
First time buyer from Amazon. One item delivered early but incomplete Return online request seemingly preferred with drop boxes. Pickup by dpd laser not done on day stated and juat maybe next day. Not impressed.
Based on my repeated experience, the courier company Wumdrop, which Makro uses for online orders, can not be re**** on to deliver at the time or even date which they provide you once items have been picked up from Makro and you having been informed that the driver is on its way to you.
Makro is using Wumdrop for delivery. Based on my repeated experiences, their drivers are totally clueless. Had delivery from Silverlakes to Tierpoort. Wumdrop gave the correct delivery address. The driver drives to Bronkhorstspruit and states wrong address for not delivering.
After giving all claim information for as little as R6k through I am now already waiting 2 weeks for claim processing.
Fully paid for delivery of horse solarium and installation some two month ago. Does not get done. Any attempt to contact Tracy Harris - Director of Equi-Aid , ( ********** ) is unsuccessful. Stay away from Equi-Aid as I have lost a lot of money dealing mistakingly in good faith with Tracy Harris.
