They don't even deserve a star. I have been waiting for my refund of a purchase I did in May 2025, they failed to deliver as they do not advertise their own work but other businesses work. I have been pleading for my over R17k refund. All of them are ****s, from the sales person, to the finance department. Do not even waste your time and hard earned money with that ***** of a company full of ******
The star is more than what they deserve. I actually would prefer a no star. I placed an order for a dining suite , Coffee table and a matching TV Stand over 2 months ago. I kept asking the sales person - Briatin Dube about progress of my order. He kept telling me lies until last week I decided I want to cancel my order. That is when he gave even more lies and then I asked him to ask the cancel department to contact me as I want to proceed with the cancellation. The customer Care sent me more lies. Saying they have dispatched my order as of last Friday but I will only be able to track it from this Tuesday (tomorrow- 8th of July ). No proof of dispatch because Briaton told me they will finish my order and ir will be ready to be dispatched the very same Tuesday they claim I can only track my order from. I would not recommend this company at all. The lies and zero transparency to customers like I didn't pay . I am very frustrated and mad
I just bought a home and as a first time and you can imagine how much my head is exploding right now. So I decided to make things a bit easier by taking ABSA Home Insurance as they are the only bank that gave me the best deal for my mortgage. After almost 5 months of waiting, the whole Registration is finally over and yiu can imagine all the paper work I have received since last week Friday- 4th of April 2025. So I was happy to receive a friendly call from one of the Insurance Agents at ABSA about the contents of my Insurance. Very important things about what I am covered for, tips about maintaining my new home to prevent wear and tear that will affect any future insurance claims and just putting my mind a east a bit. Budget insurance customer service attendant was very clear and not in a hurry, so I could hear and understand the lady very well. She also listened and wrote down everything I was saying to her and verified all for any misunderstanding as I was lodging a cracked windscreen claim. Three weeks ago my car broke down and the towing company was infoed by my insurance to drop it at Ford farage in Bethlehem. It took the 2 days to even inspect and diagnose the car. After diagnosing it they sent me a quotation and told me if I payed half of the money they will order the parts needed and they will arrive the following day. I did that and I always have to call them and find out what is happening. They keep telling me they are busy with it but I feel they are not beimg honest with me. Begining of last week I called again asking when my car will be ready cause they said mayb that week. But then it change and they say they are done with it just waiting for the police to come and stamp the new engine. It took yet another week. Today I called again telling them that my car has been there for more than two weeks now and they don't even bother telling me what is happening. The person I talked to told me the lady busy with my case went to the doctor but they are still awaiting the Police, I then told her I need my car by Thursday she then said she does not think it will be done by then . I do not understand why it wont be done if they are just waiting for the Police.
