Game Somerset Mall is always extremely hot when I go there. Is the air conditioning broken? I’ve been there in summer and winter and it feels like it’s 35 degrees in there. There are also no people to help in any of the departments except the electronics section. My husband and I were trying to buy a lawnmower and could not find anyone to help us. On more than one occasion I have asked someone where something was and they just said they don’t have it without even looking (because they were too lazy to check) and then I found it a few minutes later, near where they were standing.
My husband and I have always been faithful Wakaberry customers. One day we went to the King Pie that is next to the Wakaberry at the mall and we planned on going to Wakaberry when we were done with our pie. I got a knife at Wakaberry to cut the pie when the woman working there came and started shouting at me, telling me that I can’t use the plastic knife because it’s for her customers only. I explained that we were faithful customers but she just continued to shout at me. I was so shocked by this behaviour. I offered to give the knife back (because I know they wash and reuse the knives because I often find old food on them) and she shouted that she doesn’t want the knife back. We did not have Wakaberry like we had planned to because we refused to go there after someone had been so rude to us over a knife. Why would someone choose to lose customers over a knife?
I bought my husband JBL wireless headphones, on Black Friday, for Christmas, at Dion Wired. The day he put on the the headphones he experienced a high-pitched buzz and clicking when songs change or while listening to audio books. I also tried using the headphones but found this extremely annoying. We returned the headphones and they said they could not refund us because we took too long to return them (this was the day after Christmas) and they would have to send them in for repairs, but only halfway through January. We returned in January and it was checked by JBL’s representative and came back as having no fault. We checked again and we could still clearly hear the annoying buzzing and clicking so we took it back. Again the JBL representative checked it and said no fault. So we sent it in a third time and they told us there’s no fault and we need to call JBL ourselves and sort it out ourselves (even though they should be calling them). We called and the number does not exist, I looked online for other numbers for JBL and none of the numbers work. The worst part is that some of the staff members looked at us like we were crazy when they tested the headphones, as if we are lying. In the very loud mall you can’t hear the issue but as soon as you are at home it’s very evident. We have another pair of cheap wireless headphones that don’t make this annoying sound. JBL should be better than this.
