No one is helpful - Cape Town deport puts me through to customer care and no one helps. They took my number and never returned the call. No one replies on the whatsapp either, called the depot again and they can't get through to their own customer care. The calls just drop and no help. Very disappointing
RACISM at its finest. Across all social media many have complained and shared experiences of mistreatment which are obvious cases of 1) Racism and 2) Prejudice. Do better Arcade! It’s disgusting that Apartheid ended 25 years ago yet this establishment is very much like Apartheid. Will definitely be boycotting Arcade Bree St.
Utterly disappointed at how I have been treated as a customer. No apology, no way of making up for incompetency of the staff, or lack of sufficient marketing. Being charged a different price which IS NOT listed as the price on the price list (in the store) for the same treatment - then dealing with head office and being told the marketing team has been notified the price list must change after I’ve already overpaid and no apology nothing. I will definitely not be returning and will make sure many know about the terrible way the kenilworth store deals with issues.

This is my 3rd review on hello peter about the terrible service i’ve received. everyday my airtime, energy and petrol gets wasted trying to resolve my issue. i’ve made so many calls to the store, to headoffice. to customer care- i am running in a circle and no more! all i want is my issue helped and MTN complaints analyst Alice has still not gotten back to me about my last review after promising to. Cannot leave this network ONCE MY ISSUE IS RESOLVED Disgusting
To anyone wishing you join MTN... DONT Received and still busy recieving the worst service, complained on hello peter previously and still no assistance. I have been in and out of my closest MTN store everyday for the past 4 weeks. Phonecalls up and down trying to get help yet no one can tell me the real issue as to why my sim is still not active. This is a clear violation of MTN's so called code of conduct and "promise" to their customers. Not to mention a "service provider" who fails to get back to me every time a query is escalated or emails sent. A network who take for granted people have lives and cannot just rush to store everyday for assistance, if i don't go in to store i simply hear no feed back. How disgusting.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The numbers listed with telkom and on google just ring until all of a sudden saying they don’t exist??? I was told by the person who helped me in store he would contact me in 2 days- it’s been 4 days and nothing... now i must go all the way to the store because i can’t do a simple thing as phoning them. I direct messaged the MTN twitter account 2 days ago and got one response, replied again and nothing. I even emailed the person who helped me and still no reply. Times like these seriously make me want to change to another network! Absolutely annoyed.
