I recently (22nd Jan 2024) purchased bentwood occasional chairs from the Rochester Boksburg branch and they were delivered on the 24th of Jan 2024. The Chairs delivered were not unwrapped and therefore we only unwrapped them on the 26th Jan 2024. Upon unwrapping the chairs we noticed defects which we immediately reported and requested them to be exchanged. to date the chairs have not been exchanged and i have been sent through the' back of house' to deal with warehousing and suppliers' whilst i didnt purchase from the warehouse and suppliers. the chairs were paid in full yet as a customer im suffering and not being able to enjoy the product i paid for.
I recently decided that I would like to try something different in the weight loss process and when I saw the post from Momewellness I was excited and wanted the same results they were showing.I quickly got on their dm and after a short conversation were they were very responsive I decided to purchase the R1600 pack which included two tonics and two shakes. After a day I got a message that my products are in the way ,I thought fantastic! So I asked on dm what the lead time would be and they responded 7-10days,I thought it was a bit long noting I’m in the same province(gauteng) but then I considered that they may have an influx of orders so maybe I should be patient.On day 10 I sent them another Dm trying to understand what the status of my delivery was as I had not received any product and it was the last day.There was no respond so I decided to post on their Instagram so people can see it and then that’s when they quickly responded to my dm and told me thy had done a POP and would send me a copy.I was taken aback because what am I suppose to do with a POP.so I responded and told them that I give them up until Monday to sort my order out or they should refund me.They have blatantly ignored me and have since not made contact.It’s day 14 and no delivery.It beyond disappointing that people take your hard earned money and now they can’t deliver the product and have the audacity to have you running around them.It’s close enough to theft! I also realised when I went through other reviews at other platforms that I was not the only one.
Bought the product and before purchasing I asked various questions on Instagram which were immediately responded to.I made payment of R1600 for two tonics and two shakes which were due to be delivered latest on Friday.When I send a request to understand why I have not received my product the response if any are quite delayed with no real movement.It’s sad as I was tryin to support a black business but I’m extremely disappointed.
Hi, We approached container structures in May 2018 in a bid to get a container which would be used a business for my mother in law. My husband provided the specification and made payments amounting to R54 000. To date we have not received the paid for container and no communication from the business owner Percy Khoza. We decided in October 2018 to approach the consumer goods and services OMBUD for assistance and they have tried and been unable to get the company to respond to the query. To our surprise they aired a program which showed the company offering charity services yet they can’t fulfill their paid clients requirements. We set out to support black business and unfortunately all we have to show for the money is egg on our face.Atleast have the decency to refund us our hard earned cash! Tshegofatso Nhlapo
Last year my phone contract was up for renewal and I had notified vodacom that I would not be renewing. In August, a month before termination of contract I get a notification from vodacom that there was activity on my account,I call the customer line and they tell me that I opened a new line for 10G and other things.I was shocked !They notified me that this was done at Krugersdorp game,I lay that time had never been to Krugersdorp. The next morning my husband and I went to Krugersdorp Game to understand what was going on,the store told us that no one had come in to do new contracts yesterday and that thy did not sell any phones or data packages against their books on that day. We were advised to go to the police station to do an affidavit and bring it back to the store to process with vodacom. Sepretely we also send through the documents to fraudline email at vodacom . With all this I have through out September and October 2017 been calling to find out if the issue was resolved as this was starting to affect my credit record. Responses were always we are working on it. Fast forward to this year and I find the account that was opened adamant my name being handed over to the debt collector, when I call vodacom I’m taking from pillar to post and no one can assist me. I’m being harassed by this company and as a consumer this has left a bad taste in my mouth. The fraudulent activity was internal and yet I suffer.
I’m joining the large majority of people whom have had complaints regarding the Samsung buy and get vouchers and could not use it.We bought our Samsung fridge and tv and received the vouchers that state that you have to book 4weeks in advance. We finally managed to make time to use the vouchers and all the hotels rejected the booking.Upon calling Samsung the very unhelpful and unfriendly lady tells me we had a whole year to book and we shud have booked then,mind u I was pregnant with twins at the time, and tht she can not help me. My voucher is expiring end of June and the company could care less.I think this is a farce and a scam and Samsung pulled the wool over people’s eyes!
