This isn't even worth 1 star. I ordered mkhaba combo on the 9th of August and I still haven't received anything. I was given a waybill that isn't even traceable on the Aramex website. Is this a ****? I will post on these people's Instagram

Worst service ever. I ordered on the 22 of June on their online store, and till this day I haven't received my order. There's no communication from their side, had to be the one contacting them regarding my order. I received excuses after excuses, from being told they were out of stock to not having stickers for their products. They keep deleting my comments on their Instagram page and when they respond via DM they keep making delivery promises . I am so disappointed, R1,750 it's a lot of money to just have people giving you a run around when they have to deliver. They lack business ethics, I would NOT and NEVER encourage anyone to buy from them, rather find other alternatives, trust me it is better that way.

Worst service ever. I ordered on the 22 of June on their online store, and till this day I haven't received my order. I placed an order on the 24th Aug 2021, to date I haven’t received any status on my order. This lady is very rude and running a business fraudulently and in contravention of the Consumer Protection Act. When I send her dm’s she doesn’t respond but when I comment on her posts she is very quick to respond and delete my comments. Stay away from MomeWellness it’s a fraud. Just collects monies from people and never deliver. She even has a guts to say there are no refunds that’s illegal and fraudulent.

I placed an order on the 24th Aug 2021, to date I haven’t received any status on my order. I have been seeing many posts on IG about the Mrs Momes slimimg tonic & the different combos on offer. So I decided to try it out. I placed my order on the 16th Mar 2021 and paid over R2200 of my hard earned money. A couple of days later I got an email confirming my order was on its way. After 7 days I followed up with the email provided (Peggy Zwane), and I was told of delay with the supplier which I could understand. Its been 2 weeks and counting, when I try to follow up with Peggy, she does not even responding to my emails. My next stop is putting it on blast in IG. Perhaps someone will eventually respond to me and send me my products or refund me. Really disappointubg when small businesses say they have an amazing product but they fail dismally on customer service. There are many similar products out there, and consumers will get deterred by such poor service. Mome Mahlangu I hope you read these reviews and correct things. Not sure if you own this company, but your name is on the products. So it this should be of interest to you.

I recently decided that I would like to try something different in the weight loss process and when I saw the post from Momewellness I was excited and wanted the same results they were showing.I quickly got on their dm and after a short conversation were they were very responsive I decided to purchase the R1600 pack which included two tonics and two shakes. After a day I got a message that my products are in the way ,I thought fantastic! So I asked on dm what the lead time would be and they responded 7-10days,I thought it was a bit long noting I’m in the same province(gauteng) but then I considered that they may have an influx of orders so maybe I should be patient.On day 10 I sent them another Dm trying to understand what the status of my delivery was as I had not received any product and it was the last day.There was no respond so I decided to post on their Instagram so people can see it and then that’s when they quickly responded to my dm and told me thy had done a POP and would send me a copy.I was taken aback because what am I suppose to do with a POP.so I responded and told them that I give them up until Monday to sort my order out or they should refund me.They have blatantly ignored me and have since not made contact.It’s day 14 and no delivery.It beyond disappointing that people take your hard earned money and now they can’t deliver the product and have the audacity to have you running around them.It’s close enough to theft! I also realised when I went through other reviews at other platforms that I was not the only one.

I ordered the mkhaba combo and paid for it on the 23 Oct 2020 till today, no delivery. When i followed up last week i was told they will deliver Friday last week. That didn't happen. I followed up again and was told it will be delivered Tuesday. Since then they have not been responding to my messages. I am not going to keep quiet, i didn't steal that money, its money i worked sleepless nights for, i want what i paid for!

Let me tell you, when I say with each disappointment, there will be three online shopping experiences that will restore your trust. I made a purchase this week online, and I wasn't expecting a delivery anytime soon. I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. Online shopping is convinient, it saves time and less stressful considering going shopping with our "new normal" is not desirable. We are prepared to support new and small businesses; however, quality and good customer service goes a long way in making a brand and maintaining its credibility. And I got that with this purchase.

Let me tell you, when I say with each disappointment, there will be three online shopping experiences that will restore your trust. I made a purchase this week online, and I wasn't expecting a delivery anytime soon. I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. Online shopping is convinient, it saves time and less stressful considering going shopping with our "new normal" is not desirable. We are prepared to support new and small businesses; however, quality and good customer service goes a long way in making a brand and maintaining its credibility. And I got that with this purchase.
