This isn't even worth 1 star. I ordered mkhaba combo on the 9th of August and I still haven't received anything. I was given a waybill that isn't even traceable on the Aramex website. Is this a ****? I will post on these people's Instagram

Rain nonsense service
The worst ever. First of all they claim that there is coverage in my area only to find that there is none, secondly I cancel the service and they still debit my account. If you have money to waste go to rain. They deserve a negative 0 rating actually

MTN Bad Service
I logged a query with MTN on the 2nd of September 2022 after I found out that I was listed for over R400 that I supposedly owe MTN since 2020, I asked them what it is for, they stated that I do not owe any old balances. I asked for a letter stating that and they said the query is awaiting legal department to get to it. On the 12th of September 2022 I received an sms saying the query is closed but I did not receive the information I asked for. I called them on the 13th of September to ask why this was closed with no resolution and the answer I am getting is that I should try getting help at the store. This is the worst service I have ever received in the history of services. why wasn't I told this information when I first logged the query? When I was doing follow ups? I kept being told that the legal team will get to it but now I must go to a store.

horrible service
they do not even deserve a single star i have been waiting for my order which has already been paid for since 18h13 it is now 21h30. The driver calls and tells me that they gave my order to a kid who came out of my house next to a tarven There is no tarven next door to me and i do not know any kid except my 2 year old son who cannot possible accept a delivery outside my gate. i do not blame even that so called kid for taking that order, how do you give a kid an order

After so many weeks, this hell of a restaurant has still not refunded me my money, they charged me and said they wn't be able to deliver and i will get my money in 72 hours i still don't have it

Debonairs Jabulani Mall does not even deserve as single star, i ordered and the restaurant accepted my order, my address added and everything. Only after accepting my money they tell me they don't deliver in my area...That doesn't make sense , on top of that i'm told my money will be back in my account only after 72 hours... Nonsense service
