I have been seeing many posts on IG about the Mrs Momes slimimg tonic & the different combos on offer. So I decided to try it out. I placed my order on the 16th Mar 2021 and paid over R2200 of my hard earned money. A couple of days later I got an email confirming my order was on its way. After 7 days I followed up with the email provided (Peggy Zwane), and I was told of delay with the supplier which I could understand. Its been 2 weeks and counting, when I try to follow up with Peggy, she does not even responding to my emails. My next stop is putting it on blast in IG. Perhaps someone will eventually respond to me and send me my products or refund me. Really disappointubg when small businesses say they have an amazing product but they fail dismally on customer service. There are many similar products out there, and consumers will get deterred by such poor service. Mome Mahlangu I hope you read these reviews and correct things. Not sure if you own this company, but your name is on the products. So it this should be of interest to you.
My house was struck by lightning & my fibre connection was affected. I contacted vodacom fibre 2 weeks ago to report the matter & arrange for a router swap out. 2 weeks later, matter has not been resolved. Call centre consultants are incompetent as the quiry status has remained the same for a whole week. Tried to escalate matter to Thomas (I'm told he is the team leader), and he is not available & does not return calls. To top it off, whilst i don't have internet onnection for 2 weeks now and counting, i am expected to keep up with my monthly premium.
We waited to be seated and no waiter attended to us. Eventually a thuli can through and we told her we would like to be seated. She just looked at us and moved on. Ten minutes later we were still waiting to be seated and no one is attending to us
