I have a double door fridge/freezer of which the freezer side completely freezed up. I had numerous quotes of people saying it is condensor and needs regas. He swapped the rubber door seal from the bottom to the top, and now, a week later, my fridge is working like new! Thank you, Dennis! I have visited numerous lawnmower shops in PE, and this establishment sets the benchmark. Truly impressive—exceptionally friendly and professional service. Regrettably, I was so taken aback that I forgot to note the name of the gentleman who assisted me in unloading my mower from my vehicle. A heartfelt thank you.
We saw they advertised T-Bone steak on Fridays for R149. We went there on Sunday and asked the waiter about the price of the T-Bone on other days. He said R179, with an extra R25 if we wanted veggies instead of chips. When we received our bill, we were charged R310 for a T-Bone. The waiter and manager claimed that it is only R179 on Fridays. Luckily, I had a picture of the R149 adverti*****t to show them, as it was insinuated that we were ****s. I just paid the bill and left. It is a ridiculously expensive place, and the waiter catches you with a different price than what you are actually billed for. R620 per kilo for a T-bone steak with no chips. What a joke!
I am very disappointed with this company. My order was shipped, but for two days, there has been no tracking information from Fastway. It simply states, "Parcel not scanned in yet." I emailed them to request an update on my order, and their response was to suggest that I cancel it. I ordered these items for my daughter's 21st birthday party on October 24, so I need to know if my order is still on its way, or if I need to purchase alternatives.
I want to emphasize the importance of being cautious when ordering from this company. On Monday, 22/07/24, I paid for the Terratac X14 multitool, but by Thursday morning, it still hadn't been dispatched. I took the initiative to request a refund via email. A gentleman named Thaun asked for my banking details for the refund, which I promptly provided. Still, as of today, 31/07/24, I have not received any updates despite requesting proof of payment. I strongly advise exercising caution when dealing with this company.
