Responding to there online ad of a tcl 40 inch tcl for 3299, when ordered on line was 4299, also not stock available at all Western Cape stores, yet it remains advertised.... Worst service ever. Never again will I shop at PN no stock.
Needed to take my car in for it's annual service, had to call in on 3 occassions as emails are not replied to... decided to change dealership to Milnerton branch spoke to Reun got goofed back from service agent. Poor service from Paarden Eiland...

Utter gisgusted with Tfg online, been a loyal customer for 30 years, false advertising and no redemption from there side, they advertised a item I so much wanted ad read it would be available on the 17 online on the 17th no online item found, call agents had no idea what I was referring to sent them the prove, and the excuses was that it was sold out... Wanted to speak to regional manager, agent intervened and brushed me off with a answer in 4 days and on the 4 day no stock available again.... Will soon close account and move on.
I have been trying effortlessly to cancel a previous contract, in May took out a new contract was sent 2 devices in error now i am been billed for 3 devices instead of 1...called in on 3 occasions and was promised to escalate the issues and will be called by the manager, no replies as yet...now i need to use my lawyer to resolve.
