VUM Insurance’s excellent service👌
VUM insurance is the best. My driver had an accident on the 6th of Jan in the middle of the night. I called Vum & they sent 1st help immediately to go and assist my driver. They towed the car and Vum has been communicating with me regarding all the steps since my car is a write off. On the 4th of Feb I signed the final documents & I’m now waiting for them to pay a settlement amount to my bank.

Selling faulty products
Clicks online is selling faulty Foldable Handheld Garment Steamer, Product 367106.They charge you R80 delivery fee knowing very that the item is not working.They should have recalled the product instead of selling it at reduced price, R55 per item.I bought 6 items and only 2 out of 6 are working.i need my R80 delivery fee.

Excellent service from Jeppe Clinic
Their service is excellent👌. Friendly staff members, their service is very quick, I was done within an hour. The clinic is very very clean.I was helped by male staff from the reception until the end. I'm very impressed with the service from my local clinic. Keep up the great work my homies 👏👏

Terrible bus service by Vilamora buses
Vilamora buses have terrible service. They are always late by 2hrs. 8:30 am leaves at 10:00.Their service is very bad. Their pick up and drop off in Joburg are not safe. They just drop you off on the street outside Park Station. 2 passengers were mugged on the 7th of January 2022 right in front of us. There is no order in this bus. They even allow street vendors to sell inside the bus. I will never ever travel with Vilamora buses ever again. Everything with them is rubbish. My trip from JHB to Durban and the return was a nightmare.
